Joe Lastowka is a lifelong Delaware County resident who earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Law School of the University of Pennsylvania after graduating from Yale University with a B. A. in Economics & Mathematics.

During his years of practice, Joe has prepared Wills or Trust documentation for more than 6,500 individuals and has served as legal counsel for the settlement of more than 1,300 estates or trusts. For over 25 years, Mr. Underwood has represented clients in class actions and complex litigation in state and federal courts, including coordinated and multi-district proceedings. Soon after Mr. Underwood received his license, he served as the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of Alabama Eastern Division from 1987 until 1988.
