My name is Ty Wilson and I've had a Solo practice in Northern Georgia (GA), specifically the Atlanta area, since 2004.

Scott Delius graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in political science. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Chancellor's Citation for Extraordinary Campus Leadership and Service. He then obtained his real estate license and worked for three years in real estate sales, marketing and appraisal.

Mr. Delius earned his law degree in 1997 from the University of Memphis, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and was one of three students selected to be a member of the Wagner labor law national moot court team.

Mr. Delius started his legal career at one of the largest and most respected insurance defense law firms in Atlanta. He gained extensive litigation experience defending corporations, business owners and insurance companies. His practice continued with another insurance defense firm, where his clients included trucking companies, automobile accident defendants and retail businesses.

Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Delius spent a total of six years evaluating and defending cases for insurance companies. That experience makes him especially well suited to represent individuals and gives him a unique litigation perspective.

Mr. Delius has obtained the prestigious AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. An "AV" rating is a significant accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers, including opposing attorneys and judges, rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for legal skill and ethics. A lawyer must be admitted to the bar for 10 years or more to receive an AV rating. Only 5% of attorneys in America have an "AV" rating.

Mr. Delius is a Captain in the Georgia Army National Guard and is an Afghanistan veteran.
