After graduating from the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law in 1998, Mr. Livesay served in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps from 1998-2001, where he received the Award for Trial Advocacy from The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Committee on Military Affairs and Justice, in 1998. He went on to receive Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals in 2000 and 2001 (Gold Star in Lieu of Second Award).

Sandra K. Drewniak is an experienced trial attorney, former state and federal prosecutor, and military defense attorney. Prior to forming Stone Furlong Drewniak, PLLC, she was the chief of the criminal division at prominent trial defense firm in Northern Virginia where she handled hundreds of criminal defense cases. Attorney Drewniak has traveled across Virginia handling hundreds of traffic, DUI and criminal cases with an aggressive and thorough approach designed to maximize the legal protections and defenses for her clients. Attorney Drewniak’s client list includes political figures, executives, CEOs, military, juveniles, defense contractors, police, federal agents, firemen, teachers, doctors, lawyers, out-of-state drivers, security clearance holders, and those who require an aggressive and thorough defense designed to maximize legal protections.

Before becoming a criminal defense attorney, she worked as a state prosecutor. She was the lead DUI/Reckless Driving prosecutor in her county and was trained by the State Police in numerous field sobriety tests. As an active duty Judge Advocate for the United States Air Force, Major Drewniak provided defense services for more than 7,000 active duty U.S. military members; represented more than 250 clients facing administrative disciplinary actions and defended clients in more than 40 criminal trials.

Stephanie Sauer practices exclusively Family Law at the Fredericksburg office of Livesay & Myers, P.C. Having litigated a wide variety of family law matters in Virginia, Ms. Sauer is an experienced advocate for those undergoing separation, divorce, or custody proceedings in the Fredericksburg area.

In addition, Ms. Sauer has extensive experience in adoption cases including: petitioning for third party adoption, defending against third party adoption, and cases involving termination of parental rights through the Department of Social Services.

Finally, as one of the firm's Military Divorce lawyers, Ms. Sauer is intimately familiar with issues of military retirement, the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act, the Survivor Benefit Plan, disability pay, and the Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act.

Stephanie Sauer works primarily out of the firm's Fredericksburg office, and represents clients in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline and surrounding areas.

Andrew Bodoh graduated fourth in his class from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review and was named Best Oral Advocate in the school's intramural trial competition. He is a member of the Virginia Bar and the managing member of Sterling Law Group PLLC in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Andrew received his Bachelors of Arts from Christendom College in Front Royal, Virginia, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors and a double major in History and Political Science.

Mr. McLeod grew up in North Texas before his undergraduate studies took him across the globe. Mr. McLeod graduated from Adelaide University (South Australia), receiving a B.A. degree in History. Returning to Texas, he then attended Texas Christian University and went on to comlpete an M.A. in History. Mr. McLeod then undertook his legal education at the University of the District of Columbia School of Law with the help of academic scholarships and grants and went on to graduate cum laude. During law school Mr. McLeod attained the prestigious position of Managing Editor of the University of the District of Columbia Law Review. First serving as a summer clerk for the Spotsylvania Circuit Court and then as an intern for the Spotsylvania Commonwealthâs Attorney.
