He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Vermont Chapter of NAELA, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as a long-time member and former chair of the Burlington Development Review Board and as a member of VERG, the Vermont Elder Resource Group. He is a board member of the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging. He is also a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, the largest collaborative network of estate planning attorneys in the nation.

Glenn graduated from Middlebury College with honors in Political Science and from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where he was a senior editor of Law and Policy in International Business, the international law review of the Law Center. After graduation, he served as law clerk to Hon. Albert W. Coffrin, United States District Judge for the District of Vermont. He has practiced in both the public and private sectors, including nine years as a Vermont Assistant Attorney General. He lives in Burlington with his family.
