Karen A. Alexander is a graduate of Baylor University, School of Law. Mrs. Alexander is the owner of Alexander & Associates and specializes in criminal cases. Since opening her own law office, Ms. Alexander has successfully negotiated and tried criminal cases in both County Courts and District Courts throughout Denton, Dallas and Tarrant Counties. A prosecutor has described Ms. Alexander as "a damn good lawyer" and a Judge commented that Ms. Alexander demonstrated superior trial skills and even went so far as to discuss the quality of Ms. Alexander's closing argument with other defense lawyers in chambers.

Prior to opening her own firm, Mrs. Alexander worked for the Denton County District Attorney's Office as a criminal prosecutor. Mrs. Alexander has conducted fifty or more court hearings as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney, more than fifty jury trials. The court room is where Mrs. Alexander feels at home. When negotiations fall through or a prosecutor just doesn't want to see their case for what it is, Mrs. Alexander is ready to play ball inside of the courtroom. Since leaving the DA's office in 2003, Mrs. Alexander has expanded her firm and has hired multiple associate attorneys to work along side of her. Additionally, Karen has been a director on the board of lawyers for the Denton County Bar Associations and a member of the College of the State Bar. Karen has been active in the defense community, attending both local and State wide continuing education programs, including but not limited to: the 26th and 27th Annual Prairie Dog Conference, DWI Boot Camp, Domestic Violence Seminar, Advanced DWI Cross-Examination, 3rd Annual Juvenile Review Course, Intoxication Manslaughter School, Objection Sustained Competition (where I placed second) and Prosecutors Trial Skills Course. Mrs. Alexander remains up to date on all activity with the appeal court regarding criminal matter because it may effect your case.

Although Ms. Davis specializes in construction litigation, she has a general practice which includes handling all problems from corporate inception to dissolution, partnership formation and disputes, real estate law, consumer litigation, contract disputes, and appeals.

Since joining Bowen Law Group, Chrysandra has continued to develop a reputation as an aggressive advocate on behalf of her clients. Chrysandra is passionate about the welfare of her clients. She has long had an affinity for children and family issues.

Ms. Maria McIntyre was born near Columbus, Ohio in 1975. Her mother is of Vietnamese descent and immigrated to the United States in the late 1960s. Ms. McIntyre has resided in the Dallas- Fort Worth area since childhood. She graduated with honors from Texas Christian University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science. In 2002, Ms. McIntyre earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

Ms. McIntyre realized her passion for U.S. immigration law at an early age. Ms. McIntyre observed the challenges her mother faced as her mother began immigrating her siblings from Vietnam to the United States in the early 1980s. Ms. McIntyre began practicing immigration law in 2003, when she became a staff attorney for a local non-profit organization that focused on providing low-cost and effective legal representation to undocumented immigrants. Ms. McIntyre moved into private practice in May 2004 when she joined a full-service immigration firm in Dallas, Texas. Ms. McIntyre became a senior associate of this firm in 2005 and remained in this position until 2008. Ms. McIntyre has also served as an expert witness on the practice of immigration law for the State of Texas.

Ms. McIntyre has extensive experience in many facets of U.S. immigration law. Her practice initially focused on H-2A Agricultural and H-2B Seasonal Visas. Ms. McIntyreâs expertise quickly expanded to include deportation defense (including bond redetermination hearings, cancellation of removal, asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture), family-based immigration (including adjustment of status, conditional residence, and immigrant visas), citizenship and naturalization, relief under the Violence Against Womenâs Act (VAWA), nonimmigrant visas, humanitarian relief attained from Citizenship and Immigration Services (C.I.S.) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.), and federal court representation.

Ms. McIntyre is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association.
