Fred Hepner is both a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant with over 27 years of tax and business experience. His past experience includes working with two international franchising companies, Fortune 250 companies, and hundreds of small and medium sized businesses. His practice provides estate, tax, probate and business planning services. He has represented taxpayers before the IRS, helped business owners with the sale and purchase of businesses and assists owners with many of the more routine needs individuals and busineses owners face today.

Mr. Miller represents individual consumers and serves as a consultant in consumer rights cases. Mr. Miller was born in Dallas, Texas. He attended Culver Military Academy, graduated from Highland Park High School in Dallas, Texas, and matriculated from Austin College with a dual major B.A. Degree. Mr. Miller attended the University of Texas School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. He received various honors while in law school, including the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity Outstanding Student Award. Within a week of graduation, Mr. Miller was licensed and began to practice law in Dallas, Texas. He was certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialist from 1994 through 2003 and also certified as a Commercial Real Estate Law Specialist from 1983 through 1998. Mr. Miller is the husband of Alice S. Miller, another Austin College graduate. Mr. and Mrs. Miller have three daughters, two sons, two daughters-in-law, a son-in-law, three granddaughters, and three grandsons. He is General Counsel for the Legal Aid Society of Texas (214-352-5757). Mr. Miller’s past admissions include:

Mr. Miller belongs to the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Advocates. He is also serves on the State Bar of Texas Housing Law Task Force and on the Dallas Bar Association Pro Bono Activities, and Legal Ethics Committees.
