Jason E. Havens is the managing attorney/member of Havens & Miller, P.L.L.C. His private law practice specializes in complex estate and charitable gift planning for affluent individuals and families and on behalf of charitable organizations.

Mr. Havens received his LL.M. in International Taxation (Emphasis: International Estate Planning & Asset Protection Law) from Regent University School of Law, his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Lipscomb University. In 1997, he created Legal Research for Estate Planners (LREP), a personal website that is recognized as one of the premier Internet sites on estate planning.

Mr. Havens is an active member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, and other professional organizations. He regularly publishes articles and commentary on estate and charitable gift planning in national and local publications including Probate & Property (ABA), the Journal of Practical Estate Planning, the Family Foundation Advisor, the Planned Giving Design Center, and the Journal of Accountancy. He has lectured at various programs on estate planning, including the 37th annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.

I joined the legal profession in 2009 after a 30 year career in health care administration. Mine is a solo practice that focuses on individual attention for each client. Mr. Wright was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He attended Middle Tennessee State University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1977); the University of Tennessee (J.D., 1980) Order of the Coif, Law Review. Michelle Blaylock-Howser has been involved in the judicial system for over 12 years. She began her legal career with the law firm of Agee, Allen, Godwin, Morris and Laurenzi where she was paralegal to partner Lynn Agee and Susan Bradley. In 1998, she became employed as paralegal with the law office of Wilson and Bradley in the area of employment and personal injury law. In 1999, She accepted employment as a Judicial Assistant for the State of Tennessee under the Honorable Judge Don R. Ash and Honorable Judge J. Mark Rogers for 8 years. She worked full-time for the State Judiciary while attending law school full-time.
