Anna E. Galle, Esquire
Anna Galle graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans and earned her professional doctorate in Law from Charleston School of Law. Ms. Galle has built a life public service, notably accentuated by her decision to attend the Charleston School of Law, a program focused on the importance of volunteer service as a helpful impact on the lives of others. During her legal education Ms. Galle volunteered over 100 hours to the Crisis Ministries Homeless Justice Project and the Charleston County Public Defenders. In working with Charleston County's most vulnerable population she developed extensive skills in the areas of criminal, civil, and family law.
Ms. Galle quickly distinguished herself within her first year at Charleston School of Law by winning the Matthew J. Peery Moot Court Competition. In a field of over 160 fellow students Ms. Galle was judged as the superior oral advocate showing excellence in organization, articulation, courtroom demeanor, and persuasiveness.
An active member of the Moot Court Board, Ms. Galle also participated in the American Constitutional Law Society Constance Baker Motley National Moot Court Competition. In 2008, Ms. Galle was honored with a nomination to the Supreme Court of the Charleston School of Law Student Bar Association in recognition for her academic merit.
Ms. Galle is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston
Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. Ms. Galle is also a certified Guardian ad litem.

Susan is listed in The Best Lawyers in America publication in both the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and was elected as the President (2009-2010), Vice-Presdent (2008-2009) and Secretary/Treasurer (2007-2008) of the Charleston Chapter. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and served on its board for many years. Susan cares about her clients and works hard to bring them justice. She has represented numerous people in medical malpractice claims and won one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the state. Her prosecution of a civil murder case in a federal court in Atlanta gained national attention in 1994 and was reported on national television. She has represented clients in a variety of matters including wrongful death claims, auto and trucking accidents, unfair trade practices, products liability claims, medical malpractice claims, commercial disputes, employment suits, and personal injury claims.

Ms. Arcure is the Finkel Law Firm's newest associate, and settled in Charleston in 2007 after attending Georgetown University. As a dual citizen of the US and France, she grew up in New Hampshire and spent significant time with her extended family in the south of France. She attended Phillips Exeter Academy, and later in her undergraduate studies focused on Spanish, Russian, French, and Linguistics. She is fluent in French and Spanish.

He obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina to prepare for a career as an intellectual property and commercial transaction attorney, a craft he has been practicing since 1979.

Guy J. Vitetta, originally from Philadelphia, PA, graduated from Ohio's Kenyon College with a B.A. in history and religion. As a community activist addressing consumer and environmental issues, Guy realized his most influential avenue for making a difference in the community was in the practice of law. He graduated from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH in 1991. Clerking in the Death Penalty Section of the Ohio Public Defender Commission, Mr. Vitetta worked on appeals for Death Row inmates. For the next eleven years, he served as a Public Defender in Columbus, then in Charleston County, SC, before opening his private practice in Charleston, South Carolina.

Guy continues to hold an AV® Peer Rating, the highest given by Martindale-Hubbell, which was awarded in 2005.

Because of his reputation as an excellent criminal defense attorney, Vitetta Law Group continues to have an active criminal law practice in municipal, state, and federal courts. He continues to be one of the most experienced trial attorneys in the Charleston area.


After practicing family law for a year, Guy became motivated to find better ways of solving family disputes. He sought out alternatives and became the first attorney in South Carolina trained in Collaborative Law. He is a founding member and past president of the South Carolina Collaborative Law Institute. He is also a Certified Family Court Mediator in South Carolina and co-founder of the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston.

Trip was born and raised in Charleston, SC. He graduated from the College of Charleston (B.A., 1992) and from Golden Gate University School of Law in California (J.D., 1999).

In 1998, Trip was selected into the Honors Program with the Department of Justice as a third year law student where he worked for the U.S. Attorneyâs Office in San Francisco and had the unique opportunity to prosecute cases in the drugs, guns and explosives unit.

After graduation and upon passing the California Bar, Trip worked in the legal department of Siebel Systems, Inc. in Silicon Valley where he negotiated and managed multi-million dollar software license contracts and handled intellectual property and litigation matters involving S&P 500 companies.

Upon returning to South Carolina in 2003 and passing the South Carolina Bar, Trip joined the Riesen Law Firm, LLP where he spent the next five (5) years handling Auto Accident cases, Workers' Compensation and Family Law.

Trip also gained valuable firsthand experience in eminent domain law after a personal experience when the Town of Mount Pleasant decided to fill in a portion of his neighborhood's lake to build a road. Trip successfully negotiated a compromise with the Town and developers, and the road was re-routed away from his neighborhood's lake. In 2008, Trip took action to substantially expand his legal skills. For the next three years, he focused his energy on criminal law and went to work for the Ninth Circuit Solicitorâs Office in Charleston. As a Managing Assistant Solicitor, he prosecuted a wide assortment of cases, from serious felonies such as murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, drug trafficking etcâ¦to less severe cases such as fraud, simple assaults, simple possession of drugs and DUI's.

Trip was a tough but fair prosecutor who not only secured hundreds of guilty pleas but also spent considerable time in court trying cases. In 2010, out of 31 Assistant Solicitors, Trip had the most cases called for trial. Trip's experience as a prosecutor has given him a unique insight into how the system works through the "prosecutor's eyes." This experience is a tremendous asset to his clients in representing defendants in all types of criminal prosecutions.

Trip is now back at the Riesen Law Firm LLP practicing in all areas of criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury, workers' compensation, family law and eminent domain/condemnation land use law.

Mark C. Fava is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP practicing aviation law and land use matters. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Fava served as an elected member of his local municipality’s government until he relocated to Atlanta for three years where he worked as the chief operations attorney for Delta Air Lines, Inc., during and after 9/11. Mr. Fava’s broad aviation practice includes litigation and regulatory law. Admitted to practice in Washington, DC, he represents aviation clients in matters involving the Department of Transportation, the FAA, the TSA, and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Currently, his clients include air taxis, air carriers, aircraft manufacturers, fixed based operators, and fractional ownership organizations. He serves as the general counsel of the Atlanta-based Air Taxi Association and is the leader of Nelson Mullins' Southeastern Aviation Law Practice Group.

In his land use practice, Mr. Fava handles complex zoning matters. He has successfully represented national clients before planning commissions, elected bodies, and architectural review boards. His practice includes representing developers in negotiations of detailed development agreements with municipalities. Further, utilizing his extensive aviation experience, he has specifically advised clients in airport development and zoning matters.

Mr. Fava holds the rank of captain in the United States Navy Reserve. He has accumulated more than 3300 flight hours as a Naval Flight Officer in the P-3 Orion and is the former commanding officer of a Navy aviation squadron in Jacksonville, Fla. He now serves as the commanding officer of the Navy Reserve Unit of the Navy Inspector General in Washington, DC.

Mr. Fava is an elected member of the Governing Committee of the ABA’s Forum on Air & Space Law. Mr. Fava taught Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy at the Charleston School of Law from 2004 to 2006 and has taught Aviation Law as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law since 2006.
