Alex T. Roshuk is a New York State attorney. He has two law degrees from McGill University, Faculty of Law, Montreal, Canada (B.C.L./LL.B., 1997) and has been practicing law in New York City since 1998 advising businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations in transactional and litigation related matters. He was the first legal advisor to the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. (Wikipedia) from 2003 to 2005 assisting with the organization's tax exempt application to the IRS, trademark applications, and various copyright related issues. Mr. Roshuk is also engaged in a variety of pro bono and public service activities, since 2005 he has been serving as an arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of New York City Civil Court, Kings County. He has also served as a moot court judge for New York University's Third (2008) and Fourth (2009) Annual Immigration Law Moot Court Competition. He was elected a member of the Executive Committee of the Second Life Bar Association in 2006-7 and taught an accredited CLE course in Second Life on Internet Fraud.

Prior to becoming a lawyer Mr. Roshuk worked in the entertainment industry as a film editor, radio announcer, television producer, director and video artist as well as an administrator and/or director of numerous not-for-profit media arts organizations in the United States and Canada. His film and video work has been shown in galleries, at museums and in festivals throughout the world. Notably, as an arts administrator and artist, he was one of the founders of the Standby Program. He studied electrical engineering and film criticism at Princeton University in the 1970s. He currently lives and works in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

In the DC/MD area, clients have two offices and four meeting places to consult with an attorney Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm.

Mr. Ahuja is a U.S. citizen born in India. He is admitted in the states of New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court; Southern District of NY, U.S. District Court; Eastern District of NY, and India. Mr. Ahuja received his education and experience both in India and the United States. Mr. Ahuja holds an LL.M. (International Business Law); an LL.M. in Labor Laws; LL.B. (JD); M.B.A. (Personnel Management & Labor Welfare); M.B.A. (Business Management); a Diploma in German language; a Postgraduate Diploma in Gandhian Philosophy, besides his M.A. (Major: International Relations) and B.A. (Honors) degrees.

Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Attorney (Trademarks) at the United States Department of Commerce, Patent and Trademark Office, as an Of Counsel to Aitken Irvin Lewin Berlin Vrooman & Cohn, LLP, a Washington, D.C. based law firm specializing in the international business law, as a Consultant to M&M Consultants in Massachusetts, as a General Counsel to Soft Computer Consultants in New York, and Regional Manager at Oriental Bank of Commerce, India. Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Baruch College [City University of New York], New York, NY, as an Adjunct Faculty and taught International Business at the USDA Graduate School, Washington, D.C; and as Adjunct Faculty at Howard University. Lana Sukhman was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Marlboro, NJ. Lana attended Rutgers University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2003 Lana was admitted to Seton Hall School of Law as a Deans Scholar. During Law School, Lana served as a Law Clerk to Honorable James J. McGann in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Monmouth County, NJ. In 2006 Lana earned her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall School of Law.

After receiving her law degree, Lana served as law clerk to the Honorable James J. McGann in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Monmouth County, NJ. Lana was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
