Arik was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and proudly pursued his entire education in Pennsylvania. A graduate of Akiba Academy in Merion Station, Arik attended the University of Pittsburgh undergraduate program. He graduated with honors in three years with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Public Argument.
Arik entered the business management world during his undergraduate studies with experience managing union labor in the wholesale and retail industries. He then managed and drove the opening of two retail start-ups during the two years between his undergraduate and legal studies.
In 2000, Arik graduated from the Temple University School of Law. Arik was a proud member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a managing member of the Intellectual Property Law Students Association, the Barrister‘s Club, and was President of the Jewish Law Student‘s Association. Arik started his career as in-house counsel for a local technology company where he focused on private equity funding programs, as well as all the day-to-day legal needs of a growing technology company. In late 2001, Arik launched a private practice in Media, Pennsylvania and has been practicing throughout the Philadelphia region ever since.

Daniel is an attorney at Elliott & Davis. Daniel's practice centers on trademark law, corporate law, nonprofit law, estate planning, and civil litigation. In particular, Daniel is capable of handling clients needs involving federal and state trademark registrations; incorporations and formation of various other business entities; applications for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS); drafting wills, trusts, and health-care powers of attorney documents; and effective management of various aspects of civil litigation.

Before coming to Elliott & Davis, Daniel interned with Lafkas Patent, LLC in Cincinnati, where he focused on trademark registration practice. He has also worked as a research fellow at a public policy think-tank and in the permissions department of the University of Pittsburgh Press, an academic publishing company.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law & Policy and was selected to have his Student Note published by the Journal.

Daniel studied public relations journalism at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and has worked as an intern with a Cincinnati newspaper and as a radio program host on Ohio University's National Public Radio (NPR) affiliate.

Micah Buchdahl is an attorney focused on assisting law firms with business development initiatives, while maintaining an active law practice. He is Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association's Law Practice Management Section, and creator of the ABA's inaugural Law Firm Marketing Strategies Conference. Micah is a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, where he has taught law marketing ethics courses annually for nearly a decade.

Based in Moorestown, New Jersey, he is president of HTMLawyers, Inc., a law marketing company. Micah draws vision and ideas from a well of career experience. He worked in the Philadelphia Municipal Court as a mediator and arbitrator. Micah and his wife, Ivy, are the proud parents of daughter Lily Helena and son Benjamin Eli. They reside in Moorestown, New Jersey. Micah serves on the Board of Trustees of Congregation M'kor Shalom in Cherry Hill.

Gregory Allen was admitted to the State and Federal courts in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Alfred University in 1998. He went on to law school at Quinnipiac University where he competed on the University Mock Trial team and was awarded for his distinguished acedemic achievement. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 2001. He is a current member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He has taught courses on living wills and last will and testaments. He is a mentor with the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association for young attorneys.

Attorney Allen's litigation practice concentrates in the areas of personal injury, liquor liability and real estate. Mr. Fahlgren left Fisher, Rushmer et al. to form his own firm, Law Offices of Steven M. Fahlgren, P.A., to focus on consumer litigation. Mr. Fahlgren, who formerly served as a Counterintelligence Agent in the U.S. Army, is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, all state and federal courts in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Fahlgren is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 48.

Mr. Fahlgren has published various articles on Consumer Law. Over the years, Mr. Fahlgren has lectured on computer law and internet related issues and has provided information in in numerous stories for television, radio and newspapers. For over a year, Mr. Fahlgren hosted a popular radio show entitled "For the Consumer" on AM 950 WTLN in Orlando.

Mr. Fahlgren also handles a very select few cases involving employment law matters. He has filed claims for age discrimination, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a ground breaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's client obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

In November 2007, Mr. Fahlgren and his co-counsel obtained a record $2.9 million dollar verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Fahlgren is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has fulfilled the arbitrator training required by the Supreme Court of Florida for court appointed arbitrators. Having represented both sides in his career, Mr. Fahlgren is a successful mediator.

Dennis J. Gruenke graduated from Villanova University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. He studied law at the University of Maryland where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1990. Mr. Gruenke's areas of concentration include personal injury, Social Security and worker's compensation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Lehigh County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County Bar Associations. With a flat fee structure you pay one amount at the time that you retain Roney Law Office, LLC. After that you pay an additional amount ONLY if there is a fee, court expense or other expense related to your legal matter. You only pay for the additional fee or expense when the fee or expense is actually incurred.

While we cannot offer flat fee services for every conceivable matter, in situations where we are unable to offer a flat fee we offer a very competitive hourly rate. In addition, there are contact rates for businesses referring large volumes of legal matters, such as collections and landlord/tenant matters.
