Marc McCain has lived in the Phoenix area since 1978. He attended Arizona State University where he studied business finance and graduated with highest honors in 1991. After graduating from ASU he worked as a financial analyst with a local litigation consulting firm until he decided to follow his true passion to study law at Arizona State University College of Law. Marc graduated from law school with honors in 1995 and has been practicing in the Phoenix area since that time. In 1999, Marc co-founded McCain & Bursh PLC, Attorneys at Law with his fellow ASU graduate, Darius Bursh.

Olivier A. Beabeau is a Phoenix native and received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1998, and J.D. in 2001 from The George Washington University National Law Center. Mr. Beabeau has also studied European Union law at the Tulane Center for European Union Law in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and history and political theory at Birkbeck College, University of London.

While in law school, Mr. Beabeau served as a law clerk to a large multinational law firm in Washington, D.C., where he assisted the antitrust group with issues involving international competition law. Upon graduation, Mr. Beabeau served as a legislative analyst to the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (CEELI) in Washington, D.C., where he developed analyses of pending legislation in the region. In particular, his published contributions addressed various aspects of money laundering, public corruption, and administrative procedure, and were developed for presentation to legislators in Serbia and Montenegro and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. In 2003, Mr. Beabeau returned to Arizona and assisted the offices of United States Senator John McCain with legislative and policy issues.

Mr. Beabeau is a dual citizen of Belgium and the United States. In his free time Mr. Beabeau enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling with his family.

John Coll is an experienced probate and trust lawyer who has litigated successfully in state court, federal district court, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.

Reported cases: Estate of Shumway, 197 P.2d 977 (1999), reversed in part by Arizona Supreme Court, 9 P.3rd 1062 (2000); Estate of Fogleman, 998 P.2d 449 (1999).

Mr. Langley has been a coverage attorney and insurance defense litigator since 1973, having attained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco Law School. He is actively licensed in Arizona and California and has tried in excess of seventy jury trial in federal and state courts including several first party bad faith, serious injury, wrongful death, professional liability, and punitive damages cases. His most recent trial in Arizona involved a False Light Invasion of Privacy and Intentional Interference of Business Relationships case. He has diversified expertise in construction defect, property, fraud, arson and coverage matters including examinations under oath and appraisals, as well as in estate planning. He is also a licensed civil engineer in the State of California.

Mr. Langley is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Bar Association, Arizona and California Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the Maricopa County and Scottsdale Bar Associations. He has presented at various continuing education courses and seminars including the ABA and the Property Loss Research Bureau. In 2004 he was featured in Law Technology News regarding his successful defense of a brain injury trial in Santa Monica, California.
