Michael "Mick" Frey was born in Longview, Washington. He began his legal career as an intern in his Father's firm, Donald W. Frey, P.S. which he then joined as an associate in 1996. He continues to share office space with his Father, and Wesley S. Johnson. Mick's practice focuses on dispute resolution and litigation of issues in property rights, real estate, probate, estate planning, guardianships and advising small businesses. Mr. Brumbaugh is the senior shareholder of Walstead Mertsching. He joined the firm in 1992 and has been a shareholder since 1996. He primarily represents victims of motor vehicle collisions and medical malpractice. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon and practices in both State and Federal trial and appellate courts. He has successfully argued before the Washington State Supreme Court. His areas of focus include: wrongful death claims; automobile, motorcycle and trucking collisions; medical and nursing home malpractice; and defective product claims.

Ted DeBray is a criminal defense attorney with 24 years experience in Washington state. His practice ranges from representing individuals charged with misdemeanors to first degree and third-strike felony offenses. Ted has the skill and dedication to take any case to trial, if that's what's needed to achieve the right result. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and he was a Public Defender in Cowlitz County, focused on felony cases.
