I graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1992. Since that time, I have practiced solely in the areas of workers' compensation, social security disability, and related state and federal disability law. This was further limited to just Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters over the last several years. In addition to Pennsylvania licensure, I am also licensed to practice in the state courts of New Jersey, and am admitted to practice in Federal District Courts in both states. On various occasions, I have been a speaker at public information seminars, as well as seminars sponsored by The Bucks County Bar Association and National Business Institute, on workers' compensation topics. I have also participated in The People's Law School curriculum, teaching a class on workers' compensation. Most recently, I was invited to join the faculty of LawLine.com, a prestigious legal education provider. I am an active member of the Bucks County, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Away from the office, I serve as President of the homeowners’ association of a 400-residence development.

Ciccarelli Law Offices was founded in Chester County Pennsylvania approximately ten years ago after Lee Ciccarelli himself sought a vision for a law practice devoted to the clients it served.

Lee Ciccarelli began his practice after some ten years of litigation experience in trial and at the negotiating table in disputes and forums throughout the state from Philadelphia in the east to west of Harrisburg; and from Williamsport and Coudersport in the North to York, Lancaster, West Chester, and Media in the south. Ciccarelli's experience in trial both in the area of personal injury, automobile accident, medical malpractice and in criminal defense, serves as a foundation for a firm with the integrity, passion and experience needed for the toughest of legal battles.

Born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and the oldest of eight children, Lee was instilled by his parents with a keen desire to seek the truth, demand fairness, pursue justice, and serve others.

Over fifty years ago, Lee's uncle and his father, a veteran of WWII, an entrepreneur, and a deeply religious man, both rose from the shadows of the Great Depression to begin a family tradition of excellent customer service and long term client relationships. Their devotion to satisfying their patrons, treating them with respect and honesty, and maintaining a high standard for themselves and their clients was passed on to each to their children.

No less important to his father, Pasqualino and Uncle Clem was that their children be well educated and devoted to the service of others. Invigorated by this purpose, Lee pursued an education at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he combined a curriculum of chemistry and the sciences with American history, focusing on Civil Rights and the Labor Movement, and the Women's Movement.

Since his graduation from the George Washington University Law school, he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and criminal defense matters including automobile accident, premises liability, medical malpractice, consumer protection, and DUI and criminal cases, in more than twenty-five (25) counties throughout central and eastern PA.

Lee's Law Firm is located in Chester County Pennsylvania with its primarily locations being West Chester, Kennett Square, and Coatesville but also has satellite locations in Lancaster (Lancaster County), Plymouth Meeting and King of Prussia (Montgomery County), Springfield and Radner (Delaware County), Center City Philadelphia and Williamsport (Lycoming County). Craig David Becker, Esquire practices Education Law and Criminal Defense. He practices Special Education Law, representing students who have been denied an appropriate and effective education. He also represents students in disciplinary actions. In addition, Mr. Becker represents adults and juveniles in all facets of criminal defense. He represents clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Craig David Becker, Esq. received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of a James Wilson Merit Scholarship. Mr. Becker began representing individuals while still attending law school and won his first not guilty verdict and suppression motion prior to graduation.

He is a former Assistant Public Defender for Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he represented defendants in high profile felony cases and other serious offenses. Mr. Becker also worked in the Public Defender Office's Juvenile Division, where he represented minors in all facets of juvenile criminal law. After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Becker worked as an associate for top New Jersey and Pennsylvania law firms, including one firm that represented several New Jersey school districts.

Mr. Becker is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association's Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee, the Cherry Hill Special Education Parent Teacher Association and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey. Mr. Becker and his family live in Southern New Jersey. Ms. Lippy focuses her practice on Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. She has successfully tried numerous cases before a Judge and Jury. She has a love and passion for the law that she puts to use in the courtroom and prides herself in her ability to relate to clients and jurors alike. She was born and raised locally and attended the Norristown Area High School. She was a member of the Schreyer Honors Program at the Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated in 2000 with a major in Speech Communication and a minor in German. Her major, Speech Communication, has helped her immensely in trial work, as a main focus of her undergraduate studies was linguistics and the art of speech. After graduating from Penn State, Ms. Lippy was awarded an academic scholarship and attended Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. At Temple Law School, she was a member of the nationally acclaimed trial team, where she was recognized for her skills in advocacy through awards from the Center for Forensic Economic Sciences, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and was also awarded Best Advocate in the Region during the Final Round of a competition. Ms. Lippy continues her involvement with Temple Law School as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy on a part-time basis.

Ms. Lippy has been recognized for her legal skills by being named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track,” by the Legal Intelligencer, an award that is only given to 30 lawyers in Pennsylvania on an annual basis. Further, for the last two years, she has been named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.

As an attorney, Ms. Lippy has recognized the importance of giving back to her community. Accordingly, she has volunteered for several different organizations. Most recently, she was the chair-woman of Norristown’s Municipal Waste Authority. She is extremely active in the local bar association and is currently a Co-Chair of the Member Services Committee. She has acted as President of the Montgomery American Inn of Courts, the local branch of a National Organization that consists of prominent trial attorneys, is the immediate past-chair of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Montgomery Bar Association, a past chair of the Women in the Law and a member of the Criminal Defense Committee. Not only does Ms. Lippy have excellent oral advocacy skills, but she is extremely apt in writing and is the Immediate Past-Editor of the Montgomery Law Reporter. She also volunteers her time to act as the Assistant Solicitor of the Montgomery County Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Committee.

Dennis J. Gruenke graduated from Villanova University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. He studied law at the University of Maryland where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1990. Mr. Gruenke's areas of concentration include personal injury, Social Security and worker's compensation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Lehigh County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County Bar Associations. Born and raised in the suburbs of New York, Joshua was the oldest of four children. Born to two educators and raised in an open-minded and caring environment, Joshua was raised to prize open-thought, demand answers to questions left unanswered, and debate issues until resolved. As eldest son, his natural has always been to protect and demand justice.

There was never a question in the family of teachers that Josh would succeed in college and he did not disappoint, excelling in his majors of Psychology and Political Science at Rutgers University. It was no more than a natural progression from Rutgers to enrollment in law school at Widener Law School, where he again excelled in the class room while meticulously expanding his practical legal knowledge with a three year clerkship with Lee A. Ciccarelli.

Josh earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener Law School. Immediately following his graduation, he passed the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar exams and was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts. Josh' practice includes, civil and criminal litigation and family law cases, having vast experience in these areas from his three year clerkship with Lee Ciccarelli.

As a civil litigator, Dave serves clients in government and business, as well as individuals. His First Amendment defense work includes representing both broadcasters and publishers.

Dave frequently uses his background in journalism and media to guide his clients through their interactions with the news media, whether getting their message out or managing a public legal crisis. Dave has been an adjunct professor of Contract Drafting at Villanova Law School and currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Dave's passion for public service focuses on education and the needs of children. He is a spokesman for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, the pediatric cancer fundraiser begun by Alex Scott. Dave helped establish the Magnolia School for Autistic Children and served on the Board of Directors of Leadership Philadelphia and the Radnor Educational Foundation.

Dave graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Government. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Dave is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
