My practice is 100% DWI defense. I represent drivers charged with DWI in all courts in New Jersey. I aggressively represent my clients, and thoroughly assess every option available to defend them. I represented the lead defendant in State v. Chun, the landmark DWI breath testing case in New Jersey. I also represented the defendants in State v. Kent and State v. I graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1992. Debra holds a law degree, a master's degree in finance with a thesis on program trading and stock markets, and a bachelor's degree in accounting. Prior to entering law school, she was an accountant.

She has been on numerous non-profit boards, including SeniorLaw, which assists indigent senior citizens with their legal problems. She is also on the board of directors for AMIT Children, and received an award from the organization for her fundraising efforts on behalf of abused and disadvantaged children.



Debra is a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other continuing legal education programs on the subject of securities fraud and the elderly, and has been a co-lecturer with the Pennsylvania Securities Commissioner on the subject of investment fraud. She is co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's annual elder law course "Legal Issues in an Age of Aging," and was chair of the elder fraud conference in conjunction with the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, the purpose of which was to educate senior citizens on how not to become victims of fraud.

Eric Rayz, Esquire is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Temple University. As an undergraduate, Mr. Rayz was a recipient of the H. Thomas and Dorothy Willits Hallowell Scholarship and the Temple University President's Scholar Award. Mr. Rayz obtained his Juris Doctorate from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University, where he was a staff member and editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Mr. Rayz served a two-year term as a Staff Attorney for Justice Sandra Schultz Newman of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and co-authored an article entitled "Capital Sentencing: The Effect of Adding Aggravators to Death Penalty Statutes in Pennsylvania" that appeared in the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Mr. Rayz is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Lippy focuses her practice on Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. She has successfully tried numerous cases before a Judge and Jury. Harold Semanoff graduated from the University of Maryland with High Honors and was inducted into the Beta Gama Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor societies.

After graduation, he attended Albany Law School where he also served for two years as a Legislative Assistant to a New York City Assemblyman in the New York State Assembly. He also gained valuable litigation experience at the New York State Attorney General's Office.

Following law school, he returned home to Philadelphia, joined a Center City Law Firm and began to develop his litigation skills and exhaustive attention to detail which would become his hallmark in years to come.

In 1979, he started his own Center City Law firm. In 1990, he relocated the firm to the suburbs where it has matured into one of the largest and most respected firms in Montgomery County.
