Ciccarelli Law Offices is as unique as its founder in its sincere devotion to serve the public, fight for injustice and get results. Ciccarelli Law Offices was founded in Chester County Pennsylvania approximately ten years ago after Lee Ciccarelli himself sought a vision for a law practice devoted to the clients it served.

Lee Ciccarelli began his practice after some ten years of litigation experience in trial and at the negotiating table in disputes and forums throughout the state from Philadelphia in the east to west of Harrisburg; and from Williamsport and Coudersport in the North to York, Lancaster, West Chester, and Media in the south. Ciccarelli's experience in trial both in the area of personal injury, automobile accident, medical malpractice and in criminal defense, serves as a foundation for a firm with the integrity, passion and experience needed for the toughest of legal battles.

Born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and the oldest of eight children, Lee was instilled by his parents with a keen desire to seek the truth, demand fairness, pursue justice, and serve others.

Over fifty years ago, Lee's uncle and his father, a veteran of WWII, an entrepreneur, and a deeply religious man, both rose from the shadows of the Great Depression to begin a family tradition of excellent customer service and long term client relationships. Their devotion to satisfying their patrons, treating them with respect and honesty, and maintaining a high standard for themselves and their clients was passed on to each to their children.

No less important to his father, Pasqualino and Uncle Clem was that their children be well educated and devoted to the service of others. Invigorated by this purpose, Lee pursued an education at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he combined a curriculum of chemistry and the sciences with American history, focusing on Civil Rights and the Labor Movement, and the Women's Movement.

Since his graduation from the George Washington University Law school, he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and criminal defense matters including automobile accident, premises liability, medical malpractice, consumer protection, and DUI and criminal cases, in more than twenty-five (25) counties throughout central and eastern PA.

Lee's Law Firm is located in Chester County Pennsylvania with its primarily locations being West Chester, Kennett Square, and Coatesville but also has satellite locations in Lancaster (Lancaster County), Plymouth Meeting and King of Prussia (Montgomery County), Springfield and Radner (Delaware County), Center City Philadelphia and Williamsport (Lycoming County). Lee's primary focus is currently Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Accidents and the attorney practice area of his firm includes Criminal Defense and DUI, Family and Divorce Law, Workers Compensation, Employment and General Litigation.

Arik was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and proudly pursued his entire education in Pennsylvania. A graduate of Akiba Academy in Merion Station, Arik attended the University of Pittsburgh undergraduate program. He graduated with honors in three years with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Public Argument.
Arik entered the business management world during his undergraduate studies with experience managing union labor in the wholesale and retail industries. He then managed and drove the opening of two retail start-ups during the two years between his undergraduate and legal studies.
In 2000, Arik graduated from the Temple University School of Law. Arik was a proud member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a managing member of the Intellectual Property Law Students Association, the Barrister‘s Club, and was President of the Jewish Law Student‘s Association. Arik started his career as in-house counsel for a local technology company where he focused on private equity funding programs, as well as all the day-to-day legal needs of a growing technology company. In late 2001, Arik launched a private practice in Media, Pennsylvania and has been practicing throughout the Philadelphia region ever since.

Mr. Pepper is the principal in LT Pepper law. Luke has represented people who have been severely harmed due to drug and medical product liability, premises liability, consumer product liability and motor vehicle liability. His focus is in the areas of Mass Torts, Toxic Torts, Class Actions, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Employment Discrimination, Medicare Subrogation, Criminal and Settlement Administration. Luke has been instrumental in the settlement of thousands of personal injury claims involving drug or product exposure, people injured by doctor or hospital error, or by auto accidents. He also represents businesses including real estate agencies, financial planning firms, mortgage brokers and accounting firms in various capacities including representing individuals and businesses before state agencies. Luke received his B.A. in 1997 from King’s College and his J.D. in 2000 from Temple University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Pamela H. Woldow, Principal and General Counsel of Altman Weil, Inc., has personally experienced the practice of law from all angles. Following both large-firm and environmental boutique litigation practice, Pam served variously as the Director of Litigation Management for a multi-billion dollar publicly-held financial services company, General Counsel of an Entrepreneurial Enterprise -- and Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance, where she supervised a large legal staff, controlled an annual litigation budget of over $100 million, and recruited and supervised outside counsel in all 50 states.

As in-house counsel herself, Pam created sophisticated law department management systems, instituted convergence and RFP programs, implemented e-discovery protocols, implemented new technology and -- particularly relevant for this group today -- was responsible for managing large budgets. These days she speaks often, writes widely and advises clients of all types and sizes how to make the most of the client-counsel relationship and how to achieve cost efficiencies.

Sarah Jane's legal experience began in 1983 in various law firms while undertaking her undergraduate and legal educations. While at Widener University School of Law, she served in the Bankruptcy Division of the Civil Law Clinic for a year, which included interviewing clients, preparing Bankruptcy Petitions, and appearing at creditors hearings. Sarah Jane developed a sense of gratification in helping people obtain relief from their distressing financial situations.

Sarah Jane lives on a small farm in Elverson with her husband, daughter, 2 cows, 3 ducks, 4 cats and standard poodle. She enjoys organic gardening, tennis, golf and crocheting.

A. Duie Latta concentrates his practice at MacElree Harvey in business transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate representation, especially for privately-held and family businesses. His practice includes providing counsel regarding business structure planning, as well as the formation of corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other entities. In addition to general contract preparation, negotiation, and review, Duie also advises clients regarding other business agreements, including employment and non-compete agreements, as well as shareholders agreements and other owner agreements. He further provides representation in the purchase and sale of real estate and the preparation and review of leases. Duie also works with non-profit entities, in obtaining federal and state tax exemptions, and non-profit governance. Duie is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Jennifer DiVeterano Gayle joined Mannion Prior in September 2007. She earned her B.A in History from Ursinus College in 2004, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Distinguished Honors in History. In 2007, she received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Law Review. Before joining Mannion Prior, Jennifer Clerked for the Honorable Anthony A. Sarcione of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.

Jennifer lives in Chester County with her husband and is a member of The United States National Women's Street Hockey Team (www.usawomenstreethockey.com).

Greg Sutton is the founding attorney of the Sutton Law Group. Prior to forming the Sutton Law Group, Greg worked with Brooklyn Legal Services in New York City and the Juvenile Law Center in Philadelphia. Most recently, Greg worked as an associate with the preeminent international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. As a law firm associate, Greg worked extensively with small businesses and entrepreneurs on all matters of business law. He also worked closely with Philadelphia area legal services organizations, including the Education Law Center and Philadelphia VIP, in delivering pro bono legal services to Philadelphia's underserved communities. Greg's practice makes use of his extensive ties in both the non-profit legal services community as well as the private law firm community in order to provide his clients with a robust and well informed approach to dealing with legal, social and educational issues.

Greg believes firmly in the principal that top quality legal services should be made available to all people without regard to ability to pay. Accordingly, Greg continues to provide pro bono representation directly through the Sutton Law Group and through working with legal services groups throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley Region.

Dennis J. Gruenke graduated from Villanova University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. He studied law at the University of Maryland where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1990. Mr. Gruenke's areas of concentration include personal injury, Social Security and worker's compensation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Lehigh County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County Bar Associations. Mr. Gruenke has appeared before various Courts of Common Pleas, including, Chester, Northampton, Lehigh, Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware. He has also practiced in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Maryland. In addition to being licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Gruenke is also licensed in the State of Maryland.

Timothy Kennedy obtained his law degree (Juris Doctor) in 1992 from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. Then, as now, this was a highly competitive law school rated as one of the best in the country. While there, Mr. Kennedy achieved the very great honor of becoming a Law Review Editor. This is a distinction recognized by other lawyers as the mark of a truly ambitious and hard-working attorney. Also during his time at Rutgers Law, Tim was distinguished as a dean's list scholar for his excellent academic performance. At this same time, Tim worked in the highly coveted position of research and writing assistant for the internationally esteemed Professor Albert Blaustein, who helped draft more than forty constitutions for emerging democracies and other transitioning nations in the post-cold-war era, including the constitution of the Russian Republic in 1991.

Graduating in 1992, Tim immediately took and passed the Pennsylvania Bar examination and was admitted to practice that same year.

For the past sixteen years, Tim has concentrated his practice on representing persons who have suffered serious personal injuries, the families of those who have been killed under wrongful death circumstances, persons who have been injured at work and the survivors of persons who have died due to the effects of work-related injuries or illnesses. He knows the law and he knows the practice.

Mr. Kennedy has established himself as a uniquely skilled and accomplished attorney, appreciated by his clients, respected by his colleagues and feared by his adversaries.

Mr. Kennedy is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and before public and private groups, educating other lawyers and the public on issues relating to personal injury and workers' compensation law.

Mr. Kennedy also finds time for his most significant hobby: oil painting. Many of the paintings in our offices are Mr. Kennedy's original works.

Tim resides in Delaware County with his wife of sixteen-plus years and their and two sons.

Most people in the Philadelphia area remember Dave as the morning weatherman on Channel 6-ABC. Dave's broadcasting career spanned four decades and included Emmy® awards for his work as a reporter and news writer. Dave has been a news anchor, investigative reporter, and contributor to the ESPN newsmagazine Outside the Lines.

Dave began his legal career at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia. As an attorney, he has represented broadcasters and other creative professionals, negotiating their contracts at every level of the industry, from local news to national networks. As a civil litigator, Dave serves clients in government and business, as well as individuals. His First Amendment defense work includes representing both broadcasters and publishers.

Dave frequently uses his background in journalism and media to guide his clients through their interactions with the news media, whether getting their message out or managing a public legal crisis. Dave has been an adjunct professor of Contract Drafting at Villanova Law School and currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, and serves as a court-appointed Arbitrator in Montgomery County.

Dave's passion for public service focuses on education and the needs of children. He is a spokesman for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, the pediatric cancer fundraiser begun by Alex Scott. Dave helped establish the Magnolia School for Autistic Children and served on the Board of Directors of Leadership Philadelphia and the Radnor Educational Foundation.

Dave graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Government. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Dave is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

For more than 20 years, I have represented individuals and business of all sizes in a wide spectrum of business, commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. I now concentrate my practice on copyright, trademark and computer/Internet law with a focus on assisting entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses, particularly in the technology sector. I also represent individuals in the entertainment and publishing industry. In addition to my legal practice, I operate a software company, Essentia Software Corporation, which publishes a popular payroll software application for household employers.
