Prior to law school, Attorney Walker graduated summa cum laude (highest honors) from Marshall University; was Twice elected as president of the Student Government Association at West Virginia State College; voted citizen of the year by the Xi Alpha Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated; and unanimously voted as the Freshman Athlete of the Year at West Virginia State College by excelling in Football, Basketball and Track all while carrying a full course load.

Attorney Walker also served as an auditor for Chubb Insurance in Pittsburgh, where he amassed in excess of $1.2 million in savings, and as a law clerk for Dominion Resources, where he concentrated on labor law and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Attorney Walker served as an educator and counselor for Shawnee Hills in Charleston, West Virginia where he worked directly with at-risk teenagers, assisting with curriculum, treatment plans, short- and long-term goal setting.

Daniel is an attorney at Elliott & Davis. Daniel's practice centers on trademark law, corporate law, nonprofit law, estate planning, and civil litigation. I am originally from Edinboro, Pennsylvania. I am active in the Pittsburgh Sports League. I am also an avid sports fan, traveler, and writer. During football season, I contribute columns to The Signal Caller, a magazine that covers Big East college football.
