Rosemary was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and received her undergraduate degree in English at Nipissing University. She moved to the United States to attend law school at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, and then made her permanent home in Oregon in 2008.

Rosemary began helping consumer debtors while in law school. She worked for a debtor’s attorney and Chapter 7 Trustee until graduation.
