I've lived in the Miami Valley my entire life. I was born in Union City, Indiana. I received my undergraduate degree at Morehead State University in Kentucky and my law degree at the University of Dayton. My favorite recreation is motorcycle touring. I also love to read and study history. Bible study is a favorite of mine. You don't want to get me started or I'll talk your head off. I have worked with special needs children for 24 years within the legal setting, in juvenile and domestic relations court involving custody disputes. I like people and know and understand their problems, as you can tell from the areas in which I practice. You will find me a good listener. My clients are actively involved in their cases, so be prepared to do some work. I share offices with my good friend, R. Jason Howard. We often collaborate on cases to better serve you, at no additional charge.

He has lectured on the topic of medical negligence to The Dayton Bar Association, The Ohio Association of Justice, The Hamilton County Association of Trial Attorneys, The University of Dayton School of Law, and The Ohio Association of Risk Managers as well as many medical malpractice insurance companies.

Mr. O'Keefe is the Southwest Ohio District Representative to The Ohio Association for Justice. He is a member of The American Association for Justice, The Dayton Bar Association, The Ohio State Bar Association and The American Bar Association, and the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. O'Keefe was selected by his peers to be a member of the prestigious Ohio Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. There are less than one hundred attorneys statewide who have been selected into Ohio Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been voted by his peers as a Super Lawyer in the area of plaintiffâs medical malpractice in 2008 and 2009. Less than 2% of practicing attorneys are selected by their peers to be a Super Lawyer.

Stephen was born in Dayton. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and his Jurist Doctorate degree from The Cleveland Marshal College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. O'Keefe was formerly a partner in the firm of Reminger & Reminger where he led their medical malpractice section from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, Mr. O'Keefe had worked exclusively in the area of medical malpractice with the law firm of Jacobson, Maynard, Tuschman & Kalur.

Attorney Anne Catherine Harvey is committed to excellence in the practice of Family Law. She is a certified specialist by the OSBA Association and belongs to all local bar associations. Her main interests include divorce, custody and Father's Rights. With more than 16 years of Ohio Family Law experience, Anne has encountered virtually every legal issue and strive to always improve her practice.

Charles is a native of Centerville, Ohio and prior to entering law school earned his B.A. from Ohio University, an M.P.A. from Wright State University, and was employed for four years with the Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development Department where he worked to assist local companies grow their business. Charles also managed the County's site selection program where he helped attract new business investment to the Dayton Region.
