Mr. Moorman is a Beavercreek native and a 2002 graduate of Carroll High School. He practices in the areas of Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation. In 2007, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, where he was awarded the President's Scholarship and was named to the Dean's Honors List.
Gabe attended law school on a merit scholarship at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, where he was named to the Dean's Honors List. While at UC, Gabe was president of the Intellectual Property Legal Society and a fellow for the Public Interest Law Group. He was an active member of the Student Bar Association, Federalist Society, and Saint Thomas More Society. Gabe also volunteered his time with the Tenant Information Project, assisting low income tenants guard against landlord abuse.
During law school, Gabe served as a legal intern at the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor's Office, a judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy S. Hogan at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and was a law clerk at the insurance defense firm of Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl. Gabe joined Diehl & Hubbell in January of 2009 and has been with the firm ever since.
Gabe is a member of the Ohio State, American, Cincinnati and Warren County Bar Associations.
Gabe lives in Lebanon, Ohio, with his wife, Molly.
