Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation. She helps consumers who are victimized by inaccurate credit reporting (FCRA), abusive debt collections (FDCPA), the sale of defective products or services, wrongful repossession, and other areas of civil litigation.

Ms. Wells also actively pursues consumer-friendly legislation on the state and federal level. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as the Consumer Law Section chairperson.

My name is Nick Gounaris and I've been representing people with legal issues for over a decade and a half. The majority of my law practice is in the Dayton, Ohio area in Municipal, State and Federal Courts but I routinely represent clients all over the country. I've built my law practice by being a strong and aggressive advocate for my clients.

My practice includes all areas of consumer protection law, including mortgage foreclosure defense, predatory lending, mortgage broker fraud, home improvement claims, and other consumer claims.

Gabriela's passion for immigration law began with her family, most of which immigrated to the U.S. in the 1970’s. At that time, her family found themselves where many people find themselves today, out of status & unfamiliar with the immigration laws. Gabriela was born in the U.S. & because she was fluent in Spanish & English she accompanied her family to the local immigration office to translate & help with filing applications. She has witnessed the fear & uncertainty associated with dealing with Immigration & experienced firsthand how it feels to deal with an agency that holds your future in its hands.

The first in her family to graduate from high school, college & law school in the U.S., Gabriela obtained her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. She then earned her J.D. in 2000 from New England School of Law also in Boston. While pursuing her undergraduate & law degrees Gabriela worked as a Legal Asst. with the Trial Attorney Unit of the legacy I.N.S. After graduating from law school, she entered private practice in 2001 & commenced working for a small law firm in MA. In 2004 she started her own law practice & in 2006 relocated her family & her practice to Ohio. Today, her law practice focuses solely in the area of immigration law. Gabriela is currently admitted to practice law in Massachusetts (2001), the U.S. District Court, District of MA (2003), & the U.S. Supreme Court (2006). She was admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio in 2007.

He has lectured on the topic of medical negligence to The Dayton Bar Association, The Ohio Association of Justice, The Hamilton County Association of Trial Attorneys, The University of Dayton School of Law, and The Ohio Association of Risk Managers as well as many medical malpractice insurance companies.

Mr. O'Keefe is the Southwest Ohio District Representative to The Ohio Association for Justice. He is a member of The American Association for Justice, The Dayton Bar Association, The Ohio State Bar Association and The American Bar Association, and the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. O'Keefe was selected by his peers to be a member of the prestigious Ohio Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. There are less than one hundred attorneys statewide who have been selected into Ohio Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been voted by his peers as a Super Lawyer in the area of plaintiffâs medical malpractice in 2008 and 2009. Less than 2% of practicing attorneys are selected by their peers to be a Super Lawyer.

Stephen was born in Dayton. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and his Jurist Doctorate degree from The Cleveland Marshal College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. O'Keefe was formerly a partner in the firm of Reminger & Reminger where he led their medical malpractice section from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, Mr. O'Keefe had worked exclusively in the area of medical malpractice with the law firm of Jacobson, Maynard, Tuschman & Kalur.
