Jennifer P Stergion, Esq. was the founding Chair of the Erie County Bar Association's Committee on Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Issues. She is the current Secretary of that Bar Association Committee and a member of the Bar's Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee. Jennifer has a Bacheolor's degree in Clinical Psychology, a Masters in Criminal Justice, and a J.D. with dual concentrations in International Law and Civil Litigation. I'm Carl Spector and I have been providing my client's with effective defense in criminal law cases since 1986. I worked as an Assistant District Attorney for six years in Bronx County, New York. While working there I learned all about how the prosecutors office and the police work within the criminal justice system. I attended State University of New York at Buffalo where I received my B.A. degree. I then went to Nova Southeastern University in Florida where I received my law degree (J.D.). I am currently admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and am an inactive member for the Florida bar.

Ever since 1992, I have been making sure that my client's receive the best possible result in the courtroom. My skills vary; therefore, I have tried many complicated criminal cases including, arson and murder. In 2009 I began working as a Municipal Prosecutor in a large community in Bergen County. I am currently on the staff of Strayer University as an Adjunct Professor teaching online an undergraduate class, Introduction to Criminal Justice.
