Richard graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., with a major in finance and accounting in 1987. He waited three years before entering the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1993. He worked briefly as a clerk in the United States Attorney's Office in Las Vegas and then he joined his father Melvyn Jacoby's firm in 1994.

Richard is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Consumer Bankruptcy Association.

Daniel A. Jimenez's primary areas of practice are Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, Special Needs Planning and Guardianship. He handles a wide range of complex matters affecting the disabled and senior communities. Daniel has spoken in front of the public and fellow attorneys on many occasions regarding Guardianship and the importance of putting the appropriate lifetime planning devices in place for the benefit of special needs children.

I became an attorney after many years on Wall Street because I like helping underdogs, including abuse victims, the elderly, the physically and/or mentally challenged, discrimination victims, animals, foreclosure victims, etc. I am a different type of lawyer than some people are used to, especially since I used to be on the other side of the desk. My clients' needs come first, they are treated as if each one is my only client, phone calls are returned quickly, and I know my areas of law. I also check with attorneys with decades of experience just to make sure I am handling my clients' cases properly. I am an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, and I take a great deal of Continuing Education courses ("CLE"). Even though only 16 credits are required, I had 80 in 2010 and have yet to count the many from 2011. I want to ensure that I am always up on the latest developments so besides the CLE courses, I have updating services. I also keep regular friendships and contact with other lawyers in the area and we help one another out, and I do pro bono work through pro bono organizations. Again, this helps my clients out.

Phillip J. Jusino, a 1989 graduate of Fordham Law School in Manhattan and a 1986 Dean's list graduate of Fordham University's College of Business Administration with a concentration in finance, began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office prosecuting criminal matters in District Court and also in the Domestic Violent Unit.

After leaving the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in 1991, Mr. Jusino entered private practice working at a law firm where he practiced in the areas of matrimonial and family law as well as criminal and civil litigation and real estate. Mr. Jusino also served on the Law Guardian Panel for five (5) years representing the interest of children as well as Litigants unable to afford legal representation.

Phil Jusino, who is also admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Washington, D.C. as well as in Federal Court, started his own law firm in 1998 in Lake Grove, New York and concentrates in the areas matrimonial and family law as well as criminal and civil litigation, real estate, personal injury law, corporate matters and wills and estates.

Lisa Renee Pomerantz has more than twenty-five years of varied legal experience. After graduating cum laude from Radcliffe College of Harvard University and from Boston University Law School where she was on the Law Review, Lisa spent a year as a law clerk to a federal court judge. Following a stint as a litigation attorney in private practice, she worked for more than fifteen years as a senior level in-house attorney for a major corporation. Her responsibilities there included transactional matters, compliance initiatives, dispute resolution and counseling clients on a broad variety of corporate, employment, antitrust and intellectual property matters.

Since 2003, Lisa has had her own practice. She works with innovative and creative enterprises to structure and foster successful business relationships and to resolve disputes amicably and cost-effectively. Her dispute resolution activities include membership on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Neutrals as a Commercial Mediator and Arbitrator. Lisa also develops and presents creative and effective interactive training programs, is a popular keynote speaker at business, association and educational events, and publishes a monthly newsletter entitled “Making the Connection.”

Lisa is a recognized leader in the business and legal communities. Justin R. Marino represents management in all phases of labor and employment law.
