Vincent G. LoTempio is a Registered Patent Attorney with experience in patent law in both corporate and private practice. Wesley M. Brown grew up in Tonawanda, New York and
graduated from St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute. He
attended Canisius College, Erie Community College, and
received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science
from Niagara University in 1994
He attended the University of Toledo College of Law
where he was a member of the Law Review and
received his Juris Doctor in 2000.
He lives with his wife and two daughters in Hamburg, NY.

Terry M. Sugrue has focused his practice on traditional Labor Law (representing clients in both the public and private sectors), Appellate Advocacy, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury Litigation.

Mr. Sugrue regularly represents unions and employees at arbitration in disciplinary and contractual matters. He also frequently represents clients in proceedings before New York courts and various New York State administrative agencies and departments (e.g., Public Employment Relations Board, Workers' Compensation Board, Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, New York State Division of Human Rights, New York State Office of Children and Family Services, Department of Education, and Department of Health).

Mr. Sugrue has successfully handled appeals before the New York State Appellate Division and Court of Appeals.

Mr. Sugrue has pursued and assisted in personal injury claims with drafting various pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and discovery requests and responses.

Mr. Sugrue is registered with the Social Security Administration to represent claimants in dealings with the SSA.

He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court, Western District of New York.
