Todd Palumbo is a graduate of the University Texas School of Law, one of the top law schools in the country, and has extensive New Jersey municipal court and criminal defense experience statewide. Attorney Palumbo is a second generation NJ criminal and traffic defense lawyer, coming from a family with over 35 years of trial experience in this area of the law.

He specializes in criminal/municipal defense, including DWI, drug crimes, traffic offenses, domestic violence charges, theft offenses, assault crimes, and appears in municipal and superior courts throughout the state. Todd Palumbo is board certified in the administration of the Alcotest breath testing device, the device used to test breath samples of DWI suspects. He is also certified and has received extensive training in the administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, the field test used to establish probable cause for DWI arrest. Mr. Palumbo is one of a select few attorneys in the state who have obtained these certifications.

Nace Naumoski, Esq. graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in diplomacy and international relations. Mr. Naumoski also received a Certificate in Russian and Eastern European Studies.

Mr. Naumoski later earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University. During law school, Mr. Naumoski was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school. Mr. Naumoski also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, U.S.B.J.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Naumoski was an associate in a top-notch litigation practice at New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firm. Mr. Naumoski’s practice consisted primarily of representing large corporate clients in connection with lawsuits in a variety of areas, including personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and survivorship, construction litigation, business torts (including breach of contract, tortious interference, and trade libel), real estate and title litigation, collection, consumer fraud, and public entity litigation. Mr. Naumoski also represented individuals in personal injury cases and contract disputes.

In 2009, Mr. Naumoski decided to open the Law Office of Nace Naumoski with the aim of bringing his unique litigation style to a broader clientele.

Joy Hodge focuses her practice on taxation law, with a particular emphasis on business advice, succession and estate planning. Ms. Hodge drafts complex commercial documents, trusts, wills and business succession plans in order to maximize the wealth of current principals and preserve closely-held and family businesses for the next generation of ownership. She also serves as an advisor to corporate clients on such matters as partnership and shareholder agreements, protection of trademarks and copyrights, corporate/commercial transactions, including the formation, purchase, sale and restructuring of businesses and professional practices, and general corporate agreements.

Additionally, Mr. Brecher has represented court-appointed receivers in commercial foreclosure matters, and he has served as a duly designated Assignee for the benefit of creditors in general assignment proceedings commenced under New Jersey State law.

Mr. Brecher was awarded a J.D. degree in 1980 from Rutgers School of Law at Newark, where he was elected to the Appellate Moot Court Board and served as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing courses. He graduated with an A.B. degree in Economics in 1977 from Rutgers College at New Brunswick, where he was elected to Omicron Delta Epsilon, the Honor Society in Economics.

Mr. Brecher served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Warren Brody and the Hon. John J. Callahan of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the 1980-1981 Court Term. He is âAVâ rated (the highest rating) by the internationally recognized Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and has earned the distinction of being named a New Jersey Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine and the publishers of New Jersey Monthly.
