Managing partner of the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Todd Palumbo is a graduate of the University Texas School of Law, one of the top law schools in the country, and has extensive New Jersey municipal court and criminal defense experience statewide. Attorney Palumbo is a second generation NJ criminal and traffic defense lawyer, coming from a family with over 35 years of trial experience in this area of the law.

He specializes in criminal/municipal defense, including DWI, drug crimes, traffic offenses, domestic violence charges, theft offenses, assault crimes, and appears in municipal and superior courts throughout the state. Todd Palumbo is board certified in the administration of the Alcotest breath testing device, the device used to test breath samples of DWI suspects. He is also certified and has received extensive training in the administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, the field test used to establish probable cause for DWI arrest. Mr. Palumbo is one of a select few attorneys in the state who have obtained these certifications.

Nace Naumoski, Esq. graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in diplomacy and international relations. Mr. Naumoski also received a Certificate in Russian and Eastern European Studies.

Mr. Naumoski later earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University. During law school, Mr. Naumoski was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school. Mr. Naumoski also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, U.S.B.J.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Naumoski was an associate in a top-notch litigation practice at New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firm. Mr. Naumoski’s practice consisted primarily of representing large corporate clients in connection with lawsuits in a variety of areas, including personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and survivorship, construction litigation, business torts (including breach of contract, tortious interference, and trade libel), real estate and title litigation, collection, consumer fraud, and public entity litigation. Mr. Naumoski also represented individuals in personal injury cases and contract disputes.

Mr. Swinton received his J.D. at Pace University School of Law from which he graduated Cum Laude, as a Ranking Scholar and winner of the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Wills and Trusts. Mr. Swinton is a contributing author of "Generations - Planning Your Legacy" (Esperti Peterson Institute 1999) and "Strictly Business" (Quantum Press 2002). Mark has almost 30 years experience in personal injury and litigation. While a student, he was a paralegal in his father's law office. After law school, Mark worked on Wall Street at one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Later, he joined the family personal injury practice where he enjoys hands-on, close contact with his clients.

David H. Nachman was born in New York and is a lifetime resident of New Jersey. Following his admission to practice, Mr. Nachman was employed for three years with one of New Jersey's largest law firms in Newark, New Jersey, in Corporate and Business Law Department. Here, Mr. Nachman engaged in the business immigration law practice and he assisted with general corporate compliance and commercial litigation.

Mr. Nachman, along with other firm attorneys, worked on such cases as Berger vs. Berger (a landmark decision regarding the interpretation of what constitutes a minority shareholder pursuant to the New Jersey Business Corporation Act) and Wolley vs. Hoffman-LaRoche (a landmark decision in the employment law arena concerning the legal and contractual implications arising from an employment handbook). Mr. Nachman also successfully completed nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications for national and international businesses of all sizes in many industries then joined another premier New Jersey law firm located Middletown.

Here Mr. Nachman served as an attorney in the Corporate/Business Law Department, where he was engaged in commercial and environmental defense litigation as well as securities regulation and contracts interpretation and drafting. Mr. Nachman continued to practice business immigration law for small and mid-sized businesses both in and outside of New Jersey.

Mr. Nachman is a member of the Bar of Bergen County, the State of New Jersey, the United States Court of International Trade, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Nachman served as the State Department Liaison for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (“AILA”), and serves as an active member and a mentor to national AILA members on various topics. Mr. Nachman has appeared twice on New Jersey News Channel 12 as a recognized authority in the Business and Corporate Immigration Law arena.

Mr. Nachman is widely published and he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies at Farleigh Dickinson University and at Bergen Community College where he teaches Immigration and Nationality Law. Mr. Nachman, on an annual basis, moderates the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (“NJICLE”) program entitled "The ABC's of Immigration Law." In addition to the foregoing, he has presented Continuing Legal Education Programs for organizations such as CELESQ, Sterling Educational Services and The U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”), The Employers’ Association of New Jersey (“EANJ”) and Society of Human Resource Management (“SHRM”).

As an undergraduate at Georgetown University, Mr. Nachman served as an Assistant Legislative Correspondent in the Office of Senator Bill Bradley on Capitol Hill. He also served in the office of the United States Attorney in Cleveland. In June, 1993, Mr. Nachman founded Nachman & Associates, P.C. In 1999, Mr. Nachman temporarily served as the Chair of the Business Immigration Law Department for Premier New Jersey Labor & Employment Law Firm and then Mr. Nachman returned to private practice at Nachman & Associates, P.C.

Mr. Ikhelson received a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. He graduated cum laude, in the top 10% of the class, for which he was awarded a prestigious membership in the Order of the Coif, which was organized to honor those who as law students attained a high grade of scholarship and as lawyers, judges and teachers attained high distinction for their scholarly or professional accomplishments.
Mr. Ikhelson has been admitted to New York State Bar and New Jersey State Bar, as well as admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and before the Tax Court in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Mr. Ikhelson is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers' Association and New Jersey State Bar Association, where he is also a member of various committees and sub-committees on taxation.
In 2002, Mr. Ikhelson is an active member of New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Since 2007, he is a member of the Association of attorney-CPA's, AAA-CPA, the only organization in the US whose members are comprised of dual practitioners who obtained licensing in both professions. As of today, Mr. Ikhelson is the only Russian-speaking member of American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants in the Tri-State area.
In 1999, Mr.Ikhelson joined a mid-size Morris County accounting firm where he consulted businesses and individuals on variety issues, ranging from tax compliance to IRS ans state representation to compilation of GAAP-conforming financial statements. As a manager of the tax department, he helped dozens of clients to resolve federal and state tax assessments by successfully representing them in front of IRS ans state divisions of revenue.
Since 2007, Mr. Ikhelson has worked as Vice President of Taxation at one of the first independently owned open-architecture financial advisory firms in the nation, which has for more than twenty years been a recognized leader and innovator at the arena of high net worth wealth management. In his VP capacity, Mr. Ikhelson has helped to develop innovative tax-savings strategies to preserve clients' assets and represented the firm's clients before the tax authorities.
