Nace Naumoski, Esq. graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in diplomacy and international relations. Mr. Naumoski also received a Certificate in Russian and Eastern European Studies.

Mr. Naumoski later earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University. During law school, Mr. Naumoski was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school. Mr. Naumoski also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, U.S.B.J.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Naumoski was an associate in a top-notch litigation practice at New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firm. Mr. Naumoski’s practice consisted primarily of representing large corporate clients in connection with lawsuits in a variety of areas, including personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and survivorship, construction litigation, business torts (including breach of contract, tortious interference, and trade libel), real estate and title litigation, collection, consumer fraud, and public entity litigation. Mr. Warren is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Law - Camden. Prior to joining the firm of McOmber & McOmber, P.C. Mr. Warren is an Eagle Scout. He continued to actively participate in the Boy Scouts of America when his son became a Tiger Scout. Mr. Warren became an assistant Cubmaster/Cubmaster for Pack 109 and assistant Scoutmaster/Scoutmaster for Troop 109. Mr. Warren acted as an assistant Scoutmaster/Scoutmaster at two National Jamborees, and served as an assistant Scoutmaster at an International Jamboree as well. Mr. Sokol was admitted to the Bar in December of 1980, after having graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in May of 1980. In September of 1980, Mr. Sokol was employed with McOmber & McOmber, P.C. as a law clerk and upon passing the Bar in December of 1980, he became an Associate with the office, eventually being elevated to Partner in 1986.

In working at McOmber & McOmber, Mr. Sokol has been principally involved in commercial litigation and advising corporate and public clients on strategic approaches to commercial disputes. His commercial litigation emphasis has been focused on manufacturing issues, specifically, commercial code and warranty litigation, dealer agreements, termination and arbitration. Another portion of Mr. Sokol's practice involves both public and private employment litigation and arbitration. Mr. Sokol has represented public entities in employment litigation since 1980, both in the courts and through the various administrative processes in New Jersey. Mr. Sokol has defended both public and corporate clients against allegations of discrimination, whistle-blowing, workplace harassment and various other allegations. He also has experience in the field of education law in New Jersey, representing boards of education and an educational service commission in tenure proceedings, labor scope proceedings, labor arbitration, negotiations and other hearings before the Commissioner of Education.

Mr. Sokol was born and raised in Monmouth County, specifically Freehold, its County seat, where his father was an attorney for approximately 30 years. He currently resides in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Professional Accomplishments:

Randolph H. Wolf attended the University of Rochester where he graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Computer Science. He completed a political internship with the Hon. Donald P. Anderson, M.P. in the House of Commons of the British Parliament and assisted Mr. Anderson in his practice as a Barrister (an English trial lawyer) representing criminal defendants in such Courts as the “Old Bailey.” Mr. Wolf returned to the United States and attended Rutgers School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 1983. While in law school, he interned with the Office of the Public Defender appearing in the Superior Court of New Jersey representing both adults and juveniles.

Upon graduation, Mr. Wolf was accepted by the Hon. George P. Helfrich, J.S.C., Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, for a one year Judicial Clerkship. Judge Helfrich was assigned to the Civil Division where he presided over Civil Trials including personal injury actions arising out of automobile accidents and slip and fall injuries. In addition, Judge Helfrich heard appeals from the Municipal Courts including those from DWI and Driving While Revoked convictions.

In 1984, after completion of his clerkship, Mr. Wolf entered into private practice as an attorney with the law firm of Cassidy, Despo, Foss and San Filippo in Red Bank, New Jersey. His practice consisted exclusively of trial work in the Superior Court and Municipal Courts. Mr. Wolf rose to national prominence in 1986 as one of the lead trial lawyers in the Matter of Baby M, representing a surrogate mother who fought to retain her child despite having entered into a Surrogate Mother Contract. This Surrogate Contract was later found to be unenforceable by the New Jersey Supreme Court in a landmark decision.

In 1987 Mr. Wolf founded his own firm in Red Bank, New Jersey, primarily concentrating in civil trial work and criminal matters in the Superior Court and criminal and motor vehicle offenses in Municipal Courts. He has handled several hundred personal injury actions, trying many of them to a conclusion in front of a jury, and more than a thousand criminal and motor vehicle cases representing defendants in Superior and Municipal Courts.
