I am the Publisher and Editor in Chief of Advertising Compliance Service, a vital advertising law reference service since 1981 for attorneys and advertisers. I have written nearly 3,500 articles on such advertising law-related areas as advertising substantiation, advertising self-regulation, new media, political advertising, the Federal Trade Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, and many others.

I was the General Editor of West Publishing Company's four-volume New Jersey Practice Skills and Methods series Volumes 19, 20, 21 and 21A (Third Edition). I was also the General Editor for New Jersey Practice: Municipal Court Practice, Vol. 17 (1997).

I am the author of two published textbooks: "Advertising Compliance Law: Handbook for Marketing Professionals and Their Counsel" and "Readings in White-Collar Crime", and the Coursebook: "White-Collar Crime Coursebook '89".

Firm Member Stuart G. Brecher, Esq. is licensed to practice before the State and Federal courts in New Jersey, the State courts in New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. In connection with his bankruptcy and creditors rights practice, Mr. Brecher has represented Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession and unsecured creditors committees in Chapter 11 business and personal reorganization proceedings, as well as secured and unsecured creditors including institutional lenders, landlords and equipment lessors. Additionally, Mr. Brecher has represented court-appointed receivers in commercial foreclosure matters as well as Assignees and Assignor companies in general assignments for the benefit of creditors under New Jersey State law.

Mr. Brecher was awarded a J.D. degree in 1980 from Rutgers School of Law at Newark, where he was elected to the Appellate Moot Court Board and served as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing courses. He graduated with an A.B. degree in Economics in 1977 from Rutgers College at New Brunswick, where he was selected for induction into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honor Society.

Mr. Brecher served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Warren Brody and the Hon. John J. Callahan of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the 1980-1981 Court Term. He is peer-review rated "5 of 5", "AV Preeminent" (the highest rating available) by the internationally recognized "Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory", and has earned the distinction of being listed as a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" by "Law & Politics" magazine and the publishers of "New Jersey Monthly".

Mr. Brecher is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and servbed for many years as an appointed member and Vice-Chair of the Randolph Township Economic Development Committee.

Jake C. Santos' primary practice areas include estate and trust administration, accountings and litigation, elder care and disability law, Social Security and Medicaid law, estate, trust and tax planning, and immigration. As an associate with the firm, Mr. Santos has also assisted clients in the areas of real estate transactions, property tax appeals, guardianship law, and business and employment law.

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Santos has several years experience as an analyst and consultant in human resource management in diverse industries from non-profit, healthcare to a Fortune 500 company.
