Micah Buchdahl is an attorney focused on assisting law firms with business development initiatives, while maintaining an active law practice. He is Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association's Law Practice Management Section, and creator of the ABA's inaugural Law Firm Marketing Strategies Conference. He worked in the Philadelphia Municipal Court as a mediator and arbitrator. He was formerly associate corporate counsel with the Philadelphia Flyers and Spectacor, as well as director of NBA Photos, a marketing division of the National Basketball Association. Prior to law school, he worked in marketing and public relations functions within the National Hockey League and Major Indoor Soccer League. He also served as a journalist for The Baltimore Sun. Micah attended Temple University both as an undergraduate (B.A., journalism, magna cum laude, 1985) and later for Law School (J.D., Dean's List, class president, 1991). He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Micah and his wife, Ivy, are the proud parents of daughter Lily Helena and son Benjamin Eli. They reside in Moorestown, New Jersey. Micah serves on the Board of Trustees of Congregation M'kor Shalom in Cherry Hill.

Mr. Aberant attended Rutgers University-Cook College where he earned a degree in Environmental Management in 1991. He then attended Vermont Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 1994. He has been a partner in the firm since 1999.

Mr. Aberant's practice encompasses the areas of civil litigation, real estate and business transactions, bankruptcy, and representing clients in Municipal Court. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts
of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

His professional activities include membership in the Burlington County Bar Association and service on the District IIIB Fee Arbitration Committee,where he served as a panel chair for two years.

In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Aberant is deeply committed to community service. From January 2005 to January 2009 he has served as Mayor of the Township of Moorestown, a community of 20,000 residents with an annual
budget of approximately $22,000,000. During his leadership, the township was named as "The Best Place to Live in America" by Money Magazine in 2005. He has been involved with all aspects of municipal government, including
planning and zoning, open space preservation, public finance, and labor agreements.

Mr. Aberant is a member and past President of the Moorestown Business Association, a member of the Moorestown Rotary Club, including serving on the club's Board of Directors, and a member of the Board of Trustees of The
Tender, a non-profit organization which provides adult day care, Alzheimers respite services, and transportation assistance for homebound seniors. He has also appeared on stage with the Moorestown Theatre Company.

Kevin has also received the Eagle Scout Award.

He resides in Moorestown with his wife Laura and two daughters.

Attorney Jason Witcher's extensive experience as prosecutor brings an inside perspective to his criminal defense practice. Upon graduation from Rutgers University School of Law he began his career as a trial attorney as an Assistant Prosecutor. After several years he was promoted to the position of Supervising Narcotics Prosecutor with the Salem County Prosecutor's Office. In addition to dealing with all aspects of narcotics prosecution, he also prosecuted major felonies in a wide range of criminal areas. His role within the prosecutor's office led to his involvement in numerous multi-jurisdictional investigations where he worked with task forces comprised of local, state and federal agencies. He has been involved in major wiretap investigations and numerous complex narcotics cases.

His courtroom acumen and legal knowledge was often utilized in training and educational settings. He has taught courses for various Salem County Law Enforcement training programs in areas such as search and seizure, police testimony, wiretap minimization and police report writing. Mr. Witcher has received vast training through the Top Gun Narcotics Training Program, New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and The National College of District Attorneys.

Jason Witcher continues to develop his skills and increase his legal knowledge through involvement in several prominent professional organizations. He is a member of the Salem County, Cumberland County, Gloucester County and Camden County Bar Associations, along with the New Jersey and American Bar Associations. He is also an Alumnus of the National College of District Attorneys.


Certified Criminal Trial Attorney is a distinction bestowed up less than 1% of attorneys in New Jersey. Mr. Witcher has received numerous commendations for leadership and community service, including proclamations of commendation for community service from Governor John S. Corzine, the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly and United States Congress, citations from the Salem and Cumberland County Boards of Chosen Freeholders and the Government Leadership Award from Calvary Community Development Corporation. He is currently serving a three year appointment by the New Jersey Supreme Court, sitting on the Board of Bar Examiners Committee on Character.

He is active in his community serving in youth mentoring programs as well as serving his community on the Boards of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

Mr. Witcher is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and focuses his practice on criminal litigation.

Ms. Carolla serves on the Board of Directors of the Good Looking Foundation, a Voorhees-based nonprofit organization established to promote and support the fight against autism in South Jersey. She is an adjunct professor at Temple University School of Law where she teaches Special Education Law. Ms. Carolla is also a past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Southern New Jersey Regional Early Intervention Collaborative (SNJREIC), a nonprofit organization that helps ensure a local voice in the implementation of the early intervention system for children with special needs 3 years of age or younger.
