During my years in private practice, I have dedicated myself to helping people in several areas of law. Recently, I have changed my practice to focus primarily in the areas of domestic and family law including any matter concerning divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, orders of protection, contempt of court, adoption or juvenile matters including parental representation. I am also certified by the Missouri Bar Association as a Guardian ad Litem for matters concerning the interest and welfare of children and for adults alleged as incompentent in certain probate matters.

I continue to represent clients in other civil and criminal matters. In my experience I have found that clients dealing with transititions in their lives due to domestic matters often require representation in other areas as well. Often with a change in marital status clients find that their estate planning requires modifications and my firm and I offer services such as wills and powers of attorney.

Other areas I continue to practice in include:

Criminal Matters and Traffic- My firm has highly experienced legal counsel and representation for those men and women charged with or under investigation for misdemeanors and felonies in state court in Missouri.
I have regularly defended clients against common charges such as: Domestic Violence; Drunk Driving Charges - DWI/DUI; Drug Intoxication and License Reinstatement; Traffic Violations such as Speeding, Hit and Run, Careless and Imprudent and any other moving violations. We also handle various Drug Crimes including Possession, Trafficking, Manufacturing; Offenses such as Assault and Battery, Weapons Charges, and Property Crimes including Stealing, Shoplifting, Burglary, Robbery.


I also handle a variety of civil matters including breach of contract, landlord tenant actions and some personal injury.

Additionally, my association with my firm affords me the ability to refer matters to one of the attorneys in my firm who may be more familiar or experienced with your type of case.
