Jay Marshall Wolman is a Senior Associate Attorney with the law firm of D'Angelo & Hashem, LLC. Glickman (the Black Farmers Settlement), serving as counsel to the Office of the Arbitrator. Mr. Wolman has arbitrated or mediated hundreds of cases on behalf of private entities, non-profit organizations and government entities. He was also appointed an Instructor of Alternative Dispute Resolution at Georgetown University Law Center.

Ed has been practicing law over 30 years. He received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1978. Ed is admitted to practice before all the courts of the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
