Jeffrey Rogyom graduated from Boston University School of Law's Tax LLM program and practices as a tax, business, and estate planning attorney. He is associated with Bodie Nagle, a full-service law firm based in Towson, Maryland with active transaction and litigation practices.

Jeff advises clients on legal and tax issues relating to business transactions, start-ups, corporate mergers & acquisitions, business successions, estate planning, and real estate. Jeff practices both federal and state tax law, and he assists individuals and businesses with tax audit defense and tax planning in the areas of income, corporate, partnership, franchise, sales and use, property, and estate taxes. When consulting clients, Jeff's background allows him to consider their personal, business, and tax needs. Jeff previously worked for the Ober|Kaler law firm, has volunteered as a Vice-President and as Legal Counsel for the Maryland Junior Chamber (the "Jaycees"), and has served as President of the Towson Junior Chamber.

Jeff was born in New Orleans and practiced as an accountant before attending law school. He was admitted as a lawyer to the Louisiana State Bar and, following his move to Baltimore, was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Prior to Boston University School of Law, he graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, received his MBA from University of New Orleans, and received a degree in finance from Louisiana State University. Jeff is a member of the tax sections of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

In addition to practicing law, Adam serves the Circuit Court of Baltimore County as an appointed mediator, serves his community by appointment to the Baltimore County Planning Board, and serves his colleagues as a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association Executive Council. He is a past chair of that Association's Bench/Bar, Law Day, Professionalism, and Young Lawyers Committees. He also recently completed a second term on the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission Inquiry Review Panel.

Eli represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and materialmen with construction issues including acceleration, resequencing, mechanics’ liens, bonding, bankruptcy and commercial matters.

Demonstrated project experience and representation encompasses public, commercial and private entities.

Admitted to practice in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Jeffrey M. Geller represents businesses and financial institutions in a diverse range of commercial, real estate, construction and employment law disputes. Mr. Geller also represents private clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, child support and alimony disputes, as well as international and domestic child abduction matters. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Geller worked as an associate with the law firm of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler. He also served for four years as a lawyer for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, where he gained extensive trial experience and handled a wide range of criminal cases. While attending law school at American University, Mr. Geller was an editor of the Administrative Law Review (ALR). His article, The Impact of Recent Double Jeopardy Decisions on Federal Agencies , 10 Admin. L.J. Am. U. 327 (1996), appeared in the ALR. After graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Frederick D. Dorsey of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia

Mr. Dillon represents individuals and businesses in tax and business matters. His practice is dedicated to providing owners and managers of private businesses with the advice, support and strategic counsel they require to successfully operate within the laws and regulatory requirements of the State of Maryland and the rest of the United States. He counsels United States and foreign clients on tax planning, tax controversy, corporate structure (incorporations, partnerships, joint ventures), buying and selling businesses, and financing. Mr. Dillon also has a thriving tax practice assisting clients in long-term tax planning as well as representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.

Mr. Dillon also has extensive professional experience involving government-to-government, business-to-government, and business-to-business relations in Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans. In fact, Mr. Dillon is recognized as being one of the foremost United States private attorneys with substantive experience in one of the newest countries in the world - Montenegro (the heart of Southeastern Europe). An example of his experience and efforts in Montenegro as well as the rest of the Western Balkans is that he is the founding director and president the U.S. - Montenegro Business Council (www.usmnebc.org), a nonprofit trade association aimed at promoting trade and investment opportunities between the United States and the Western Balkans. It is also through this organization that Mr. Dillon negotiated with the State of Maryland and Podgorica, Montenegro the establishment of a foreign trade office for the State of Maryland in the Western Balkans (headquartered in Podgorica). As a direct result of these efforts the State of Maryland is the first state of any state in the United States to have a physical presence in the Western Balkans. Mr. Dillon also spearheaded the production of an international trade and investment documentary highlighting trade and business opportunities between the United State and Montenegro.
