Adam Wilson is a mediator and ombudsman for commercial, business, and organizational disputes in New England and the Northeast. Based in Portland, Maine, he has mediated over 175 disputes involving businesses since 2009.
He spent a decade at leading law firms in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, where he prepared litigation for mediation, arbitration, and trial (antitrust, intellectual property, environmental, and commercial litigation).
During a federal appellate clerkship, he advised a federal judge in all areas of appellate litigation (including employment / workplace, business torts, contracts, civil rights / constitutional law, and securities appeals).
He focuses his practice on resolving litigation / disputes in four core areas: (1) business / commercial, (2) intellectual property / IP, (3) environmental law / land use, and (4) professional / workplace / employment.
