I grew up in Los Angeles, California, but have lived in Birmingham, Alabama, for the past 17 years. I graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 1995 and have practiced in Birmingham ever since.

Michelle McLean received her Bachelors of Science from Cornerstone University in 2002. She later received her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2007. While earning her law degree, Ms. McLean served both on the Inns of Court (Lansing) and also worked as an extern for Kent Countyâs 17th Circuit Judicial Court.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Mclean worked for a national mortgage lender and has over fifteen years experience in this capacity. She worked as an underwriter, collector, manager, and finally as an account executive. By combining her vast experience in mortgage lending/real estate industry with the practice of law, Ms. McLean offers her clients a unique perspective as their advocate.

Michelle has extensive knowledge in mortgage lending law and also has experience handling foreclosure rescue scams, mortgage lending abuses, mortgage fraud, mortgage modifications, and is familiar with relevant mortgage banking laws. Charles is a native of Centerville, Ohio and prior to entering law school earned his B.A. from Ohio University, an M.P.A. from Wright State University, and was employed for four years with the Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development Department where he worked to assist local companies grow their business. Charles also managed the County's site selection program where he helped attract new business investment to the Dayton Region.

Attorney Craig Vance founded Wisconsin Lemon Aid, LLC in Novmeber of 2008 to continue the fight for the rights of consumers. He practices in many areas of consumer law, including lemon law, warranty litigation, and fraud, in addition to handling other civil litigation matters.
