My practice is a full service criminal defense firm dedicated to representing citizens accused of crimes in southeastern Pennsylvania. My mission is to provide the highest quality legal representation at an affordable cost to the working person.

I am a sole practitioner providing individualized and experienced representation to those across the Delaware County. My main office is in Norristown, Pennsylvania, with secondary offices in Lansdowne, PA and West Chester, PA. My focus is on defending clients in criminal matters, defeating tickets, charges, and administrative actions designed to suspend my clients driver's licenses, representing the interests of young people in juvenile court, and to maximize my clients awards when they have been injured due to the negligence of others. I handle all of my cases personally. Be advised that my approach is not for everyone. While I always support my clients, I will not sugarcoat issues and outcomes in order to secure individuals as clients. I educate my clients regarding the specific area of law that pertains to their case and I keep them informed. An informed client is an integral asset to a successful outcome. Attorney Frank Walker is a Pittsburgh Trial Attorney and the owner of his own Law Practice, Frank Walker Law, where he specializes in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Excessive Force and Medical Malpractice Cases.

Attorney Walker obtained his a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State College, now West Virginia State University; an M.A. Degree in Education/Leadership Studies from Marshall University, and a J.D. Degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Attorney Walker was previously an associate attorney at Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick and Gefsky ( SMGG), one of the oldest and most prestigious litigation firms in the Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh area, where he focused on Criminal Defense, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases. While at the Pittsburgh law firm of SMGG, Attorney Walker obtained acquittals for defendant's charged with Criminal Homicide - First Degree Murder, Possession of Firearms, Federal Pre-Indictment investigations, Sexual Assault Crimes, DUI ( Drunk Driving) , Robbery, ARD Program, Burglary and Disorderly Conduct. Attorney Walker also obtained verdicts and settlements for injured Plaintiffs in Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Excessive Force and Police Brutality cases by successfully identifying the meritorious cases, tirelessly preparing the cases through the discovery and deposition phase and pressing for jury trials.

Additionally, Attorney Walker drafted Appeals and repeatedly argued successfully before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania - (Appellate Court) Western District on behalf of clients. Most impressively, Attorney Walker repeatedly sought and was granted review by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for Appeals impacting practitioners across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining SMGG, Attorney Walker honed his craft as a fearless trial lawyer while serving as Senior Counsel for the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel, where he successfully defended clients in numerous Jury and Non-jury trials charged with various offenses, some of which include Sex Crimes, Property Crimes, Criminal Homicide, Drug Crimes and Violent Crimes. Attorney Walker also developed a successful track record for Transfer of Jurisdiction/Act 33 Juvenile Cases, Appeals and PCRA's.

While in law school at West Virginia University College of Law, Attorney Walker earned a coveted position on the prestigious National Moot Court Team where he competed among all members of his entire law school class and was chosen as one of the top Appellate Advocates to represent West Virginia University on a national level at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Walker also found time during his busy law school studies to volunteer for Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program initiated by the Internal Revenue Service to assist low-income citizens of Morgantown, West Virginia and students of West Virginia University on simple and complex tax returns.

Attorney Walker's leadership qualities were recognized by his law school classmates as he was elected President of the Black Law Student Association, where he assisted with the scholarship search for law students, organized legal lecture series and mentored first year law students. While only a second year law student, Attorney Walker was the recipient of the sought after CALI Award of Excellence for Trial Advocacy, which is presented to the student receiving the highest reviews on mock trials and the highest grade in the trial advocacy class, which includes second and third year law students. After being recognized for excellence in both Appellate and Trial Advocacy, Attorney Walker was honored to be selected to the National Order of the Barristers, which is only given to the top litigators in the entire graduating class.

Prior to law school, Attorney Walker graduated summa cum laude (highest honors) from Marshall University; was Twice elected as president of the Student Government Association at West Virginia State College; voted citizen of the year by the Xi Alpha Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated; and unanimously voted as the Freshman Athlete of the Year at West Virginia State College by excelling in Football, Basketball and Track all while carrying a full course load.

Attorney Walker also served as an auditor for Chubb Insurance in Pittsburgh, where he amassed in excess of $1.2 million in savings, and as a law clerk for Dominion Resources, where he concentrated on labor law and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Attorney Walker served as an educator and counselor for Shawnee Hills in Charleston, West Virginia where he worked directly with at-risk teenagers, assisting with curriculum, treatment plans, short- and long-term goal setting.

Attorney Walker was duly initiated through the Xi Alpha Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated in 1999 and is an active member of the Iota Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Attorney Walker was also selected to the American Inns of Court, previously served on the Board of Trustees for Propel Schools in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and frequently volunteers for speaking engagements to address education, leadership and legal issues.

Craig David Becker, Esq. received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of a James Wilson Merit Scholarship. Mr. Becker began representing individuals while still attending law school and won his first not guilty verdict and suppression motion prior to graduation.

He is a former Assistant Public Defender for Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he represented defendants in high profile felony cases and other serious offenses. Mr. Becker also worked in the Public Defender Office's Juvenile Division, where he represented minors in all facets of juvenile criminal law. Since his graduation from the George Washington University Law school, he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and criminal defense matters including automobile accident, premises liability, medical malpractice, consumer protection, and DUI and criminal cases, in more than twenty-five (25) counties throughout central and eastern PA.

Raymond Tarnowski was born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania. His passion, focus and work ethic are representative of the area. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and worked in Washington, D.C. as a lobbyist where he helped enact legislation throughout the country and develop programs with the EPA. Raymond learned from his success as a lobbyist that he had the natural ability to advocate on behalf of others. To capitalize on this talent, he set out to become a lawyer and graduated from Villanova University Law School.

Before joining the Ciccarelli Law Offices, Raymond interned with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases at preliminary hearings throughout Chester County. He also worked for and closely with federal judges in United States Bankruptcy Court in Camden, New Jersey and United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
