Alex T. Roshuk is a New York State attorney. He has two law degrees from McGill University, Faculty of Law, Montreal, Canada (B.C.L./LL.B., 1997) and has been practicing law in New York City since 1998 advising businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations in transactional and litigation related matters. He was the first legal advisor to the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. (Wikipedia) from 2003 to 2005 assisting with the organization's tax exempt application to the IRS, trademark applications, and various copyright related issues. Mr. Roshuk is also engaged in a variety of pro bono and public service activities, since 2005 he has been serving as an arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of New York City Civil Court, Kings County. He has also served as a moot court judge for New York University's Third (2008) and Fourth (2009) Annual Immigration Law Moot Court Competition. He was elected a member of the Executive Committee of the Second Life Bar Association in 2006-7 and taught an accredited CLE course in Second Life on Internet Fraud.

Prior to becoming a lawyer Mr. Roshuk worked in the entertainment industry as a film editor, radio announcer, television producer, director and video artist as well as an administrator and/or director of numerous not-for-profit media arts organizations in the United States and Canada. His film and video work has been shown in galleries, at museums and in festivals throughout the world. Notably, as an arts administrator and artist, he was one of the founders of the Standby Program. He studied electrical engineering and film criticism at Princeton University in the 1970s. He currently lives and works in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Mr. Ahuja is a U.S. citizen born in India. Mr. Ahuja received his education and experience both in India and the United States. Mr. Ahuja holds an LL.M. (International Business Law); an LL.M. in Labor Laws; LL.B. (JD); M.B.A. (Personnel Management & Labor Welfare); M.B.A. (Business Management); a Diploma in German language; a Postgraduate Diploma in Gandhian Philosophy, besides his M.A. (Major: International Relations) and B.A. (Honors) degrees.

Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Attorney (Trademarks) at the United States Department of Commerce, Patent and Trademark Office, as an Of Counsel to Aitken Irvin Lewin Berlin Vrooman & Cohn, LLP, a Washington, D.C. based law firm specializing in the international business law, as a Consultant to M&M Consultants in Massachusetts, as a General Counsel to Soft Computer Consultants in New York, and Regional Manager at Oriental Bank of Commerce, India. Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Baruch College [City University of New York], New York, NY, as an Adjunct Faculty and taught International Business at the USDA Graduate School, Washington, D.C; and as Adjunct Faculty at Howard University. He has been on numerous other legal panels and organized a number of conferences, has frequently been a guest speaker to various institutions of management sciences and law including Continuing Legal Education program for attorneys. Jascha Preuss focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic corporate, commercial, credit and securities transactions, with an emphasis on representing businesses from German speaking countries and their US affiliates. Jascha advises investors and companies on the formation and operation of subsidiaries, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and asset sales, distribution agreements, and international trade and other commercial agreements. He also represents businesses headquartered abroad as US outside general counsel with regard to corporate governance, compliance and legal risk management matters. Thatcher is a highly experienced AV-rated commercial finance, aviation and structured finance lawyer, who has worked with airlines, power companies, manufacturers, banks and export credit agencies all over the world on documenting and litigating complicated financial transactions. In addition, his airline passenger rights practice is world famous since his victory in New York over Continental Airlines in 2005 establishing passenger rights under contract in denied boarding scenarios. Thatcher has extensive experience with export credit agencies, the rating agency process at national statistical rating agencies like Moody's and S& P, and just about every facet of the aviation industry. Currently Thatcher has clients pursuing claims against foreign air lines in New York for denied boarding, discrimination and other claims, against a domestic air line in New York for breach of contract, and an appeal against two air lines for a breach of a frequent flyer contract claim in the Ninth Circuit. In addition, Thatcher is involved in the financing of over 55 new jet aircraft for a European air carrier, 35 new jet aircraft for an Asian air carrier, and 5 new jet aircraft for a Latin American air carrier, all with export credit support. Reflecting his diverse level of skill and ability, Thatcher was part of a successful team that unwound a complicated U.S. leveraged lease financing of manufacturing facilities for violating the IRS' limited use property rules, saving the lessee operator millions of dollars on termination.

Raoul Duggal is a corporate attorney focusing on the representation of start-up and venture-backed companies. He has advised companies and investors on numerous venture capital and angel investments and exits. In addition, he has extensive experience advising clients on a broad spectrum of domestic and international M&A transactions, including restructuring and refinancing transactions. Raoul also has experience with public companies and has advised on domestic and international IPOs.

Raoul has represented a wide variety of start-up companies and investors, as well as numerous mid- and large-sized U.S. and European corporate clients. Raoul has extensive experience in such industry sectors as technology, media, and telecommunications, as well as e-commerce and the internet generally. He has also worked with biotech and healthcare clients. Raoul has advised on many international transactions in countries in Europe and Asia.

Prior to founding Buhler Duggal & Henry LLP, Raoul was associated with the New York and London offices of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo P.C. Prior to practicing at Mintz Levin, Raoul practiced with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Cologne, Germany.

Raoul passed his First State Examination with honors, and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence (Dr. iur.) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Cologne, summa cum laude. He holds an LL.M. degree with a concentration in corporate law from New York University School of Law.

Raoul is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the German-American Lawyers Association and the Cologne Bar, and is fluent in German.
