Lisa Renee Pomerantz has more than twenty-five years of varied legal experience. After graduating cum laude from Radcliffe College of Harvard University and from Boston University Law School where she was on the Law Review, Lisa spent a year as a law clerk to a federal court judge. There can be up to two applications, and even if the second application is turned down there are a number of possibilities open to the inventor, such as a re-filing the application, a continuation in part application or a full appeal.
