Born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and the oldest of eight children, Lee was instilled by his parents with a keen desire to seek the truth, demand fairness, pursue justice, and serve others.

Over fifty years ago, Lee's uncle and his father, a veteran of WWII, an entrepreneur, and a deeply religious man, both rose from the shadows of the Great Depression to begin a family tradition of excellent customer service and long term client relationships. Their devotion to satisfying their patrons, treating them with respect and honesty, and maintaining a high standard for themselves and their clients was passed on to each to their children.

No less important to his father, Pasqualino and Uncle Clem was that their children be well educated and devoted to the service of others. Invigorated by this purpose, Lee pursued an education at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he combined a curriculum of chemistry and the sciences with American history, focusing on Civil Rights and the Labor Movement, and the Women's Movement.

Since his graduation from the George Washington University Law school, he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and criminal defense matters including automobile accident, premises liability, medical malpractice, consumer protection, and DUI and criminal cases, in more than twenty-five (25) counties throughout central and eastern PA.

Lee's Law Firm is located in Chester County Pennsylvania with its primarily locations being West Chester, Kennett Square, and Coatesville but also has satellite locations in Lancaster (Lancaster County), Plymouth Meeting and King of Prussia (Montgomery County), Springfield and Radner (Delaware County), Center City Philadelphia and Williamsport (Lycoming County). Ms. Lippy focuses her practice on Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. She has successfully tried numerous cases before a Judge and Jury. She has a love and passion for the law that she puts to use in the courtroom and prides herself in her ability to relate to clients and jurors alike. She was born and raised locally and attended the Norristown Area High School. She was a member of the Schreyer Honors Program at the Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated in 2000 with a major in Speech Communication and a minor in German. Her major, Speech Communication, has helped her immensely in trial work, as a main focus of her undergraduate studies was linguistics and the art of speech. After graduating from Penn State, Ms. Lippy was awarded an academic scholarship and attended Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. At Temple Law School, she was a member of the nationally acclaimed trial team, where she was recognized for her skills in advocacy through awards from the Center for Forensic Economic Sciences, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and was also awarded Best Advocate in the Region during the Final Round of a competition. Ms. Lippy continues her involvement with Temple Law School as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy on a part-time basis.

Ms. Lippy has been recognized for her legal skills by being named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track,” by the Legal Intelligencer, an award that is only given to 30 lawyers in Pennsylvania on an annual basis. Further, for the last two years, she has been named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.

As an attorney, Ms. Lippy has recognized the importance of giving back to her community. Accordingly, she has volunteered for several different organizations. Most recently, she was the chair-woman of Norristown’s Municipal Waste Authority. She is extremely active in the local bar association and is currently a Co-Chair of the Member Services Committee. She has acted as President of the Montgomery American Inn of Courts, the local branch of a National Organization that consists of prominent trial attorneys, is the immediate past-chair of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Montgomery Bar Association, a past chair of the Women in the Law and a member of the Criminal Defense Committee. Timothy Kennedy obtained his law degree (Juris Doctor) in 1992 from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. Then, as now, this was a highly competitive law school rated as one of the best in the country. While there, Mr. Kennedy achieved the very great honor of becoming a Law Review Editor. This is a distinction recognized by other lawyers as the mark of a truly ambitious and hard-working attorney. Also during his time at Rutgers Law, Tim was distinguished as a dean's list scholar for his excellent academic performance. At this same time, Tim worked in the highly coveted position of research and writing assistant for the internationally esteemed Professor Albert Blaustein, who helped draft more than forty constitutions for emerging democracies and other transitioning nations in the post-cold-war era, including the constitution of the Russian Republic in 1991.

Graduating in 1992, Tim immediately took and passed the Pennsylvania Bar examination and was admitted to practice that same year.

For the past sixteen years, Tim has concentrated his practice on representing persons who have suffered serious personal injuries, the families of those who have been killed under wrongful death circumstances, persons who have been injured at work and the survivors of persons who have died due to the effects of work-related injuries or illnesses. He knows the law and he knows the practice.

Harold Semanoff graduated from the University of Maryland with High Honors and was inducted into the Beta Gama Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor societies.

After graduation, he attended Albany Law School where he also served for two years as a Legislative Assistant to a New York City Assemblyman in the New York State Assembly. He also gained valuable litigation experience at the New York State Attorney General's Office.

Following law school, he returned home to Philadelphia, joined a Center City Law Firm and began to develop his litigation skills and exhaustive attention to detail which would become his hallmark in years to come.

In 1979, he started his own Center City Law firm. In 1990, he relocated the firm to the suburbs where it has matured into one of the largest and most respected firms in Montgomery County.

He has successfully represented clients against major hospitals, automotive manufacturers, consumer product and boating manufacturers, negligent health care providers and a host of other defendants in Federal and State Courts.
