Mr. Langley has been a coverage attorney and insurance defense litigator since 1973, having attained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco Law School. He is actively licensed in Arizona and California and has tried in excess of seventy jury trial in federal and state courts including several first party bad faith, serious injury, wrongful death, professional liability, and punitive damages cases. His most recent trial in Arizona involved a False Light Invasion of Privacy and Intentional Interference of Business Relationships case. He has diversified expertise in construction defect, property, fraud, arson and coverage matters including examinations under oath and appraisals, as well as in estate planning. He is also a licensed civil engineer in the State of California.

Mr. Langley is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Bar Association, Arizona and California Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the Maricopa County and Scottsdale Bar Associations. He has presented at various continuing education courses and seminars including the ABA and the Property Loss Research Bureau. Prior to joining the Personal Injury Law Office of Barry E. Lewin, P.C. Jason worked as an extern for the City Attorney's Office in Tempe, as a judicial extern for the Hon. Helene Abrams, and as a law clerk for a small mortgage fraud prosecution firm. It was during his clinical experiences with the ASU Mediation and Civil Justice Clinics that he developed an interest for representing clients in litigation matters.

Jason's focus and dedication to school earned him top honors at graduation. Jason ranked towards the top of his class, graduating cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
