Mr. Burbine specializes in Real Estate, (Foreclosures) Development Planning and Land Use Law, Landlord/Tenant and Boundary Disputes, Probate and Trust Administration, Government and Administrative Law, Municipal Law, Family law, Guardianships, Estate Planning, and General Civil Litigation. Before starting his own firm Mr. Burbine clerked with firms practicing mainly in Civil Litigation. Mr. Burbine also clerked with the Orange County Public Defenders Office (California) and the Tampa City Attorney's Office. After passing the Bar, Mr. Burbine practice family law and general civil litigation before practicing mainly Real Estate, Municipal Law and Estate Planning and Probate. Mr. Burbine has been the Assistant City Attorney for several Local Municipalities; including Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, Largo, Town of Reddington Beach, Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Mr. Burbine has established long-standing, personal, working relationships with the professional staffs of many government agencies and strong personal relationships with elected decision-makers. He has built a solid reputation for integrity, fairness and honesty, and government officials trust him in his dealings with them. In addition to Mr. Burbine's Law degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California (2003), Mr. Burbine has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and Commutations from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, New Hampshire (1996). Mr. Burbine lives in Dunedin, FL with his wife Cindy, their son Parker and their two dogs.
