Gerstein, Grayson & Cohen focuses its practice on business law, tax law and related practice areas. Our attorneys include partners Mitchell T. Grayson and Andrew B. Cohen. Mitchell Grayson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who also has his LLM in taxation. Mr. Grayson handles matter from business transactions, estate planning, traditional LLC development and partnerships to complex franchise and other business transactional needs. Andrew Cohen is an experienced litigator who has argued leading cases in construction, land use, employee theft and related areas of property law and commercial litigation. Mitchell T. Grayson and Andrew B. Cohen are supported by a team of litigation, real estate and estate planning attorneys. In addition to handling transaction and tax matters, our firm is also significantly experienced in contract law, litigation, construction law, real estate law, municipal law, collection law, foreclosure law and employee theft.

If our clients are in need of practitioners outside of business law and business litigation, our firm has added attorneys who are experienced in other areas of law, including family law, disability law, education law, motor vehicle law and criminal defense. Our firm includes former municipal prosecutors and public defenders. Our family department consists of two family law attorneys, Donald S. Levenson and Peter M. Halden, both of whom have over twenty years of experience assisting clients in issues related to family law, including divorce, custody and related fields.

In addition to maintaining a main office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Gerstein, Grayson & Cohen also has an office in Wildwood, New Jersey. Andrew B. Cohen is a partner at the firm and head of the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Cohen graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1992 and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He practices in State and Federal Courts, handling matters which include personal injury, business disputes, real estate, commercial collections and employee theft.

Mr. Cohen is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New Jersey Division of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Additionally, Mr. Cohen serves on the Personal Injury Law Committee of the Camden County Bar Association. Practice areas for Mr. Cohen include Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Commercial Collections and Municipal Court.

Paul Lauricella has been a trial attorney since 1982. Out of law school, he worked as an assistant district attorney, where he tried and convicted violent criminals. In 1987, Paul brought his trial experience to the Beasley Firm, where he spent twenty-four years as an associate and as a partner. Trained by the late legendary trial attorney James E. Beasley, Paul has secured million and multimillion dollar verdicts in malpractice actions involving a wide variety of medical specialties, including obstetrics/gynecology, emergency medicine, radiology, psychiatry, orthopedic surgery, urology, family practice, and even oral surgery. He has also won verdicts in products liability, breach of contract, and employment discrimination cases. He has successfully litigated intellectual property claims, and secured a landmark victory in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Facenda v. The National Football League in which he represented the estate of legendary Philadelphia broadcaster, John Facenda.
