Maureen (Mikey) Howard is a partner is Howard & McBeath PLLC, a full-service law firm serving clients throughout New Hampshire. The firm provides advocacy in the areas of: Estate Planning, (Wills and Trusts), Social Security, Immigration Law, Family Law, Mediation, Guardianships, Probate, QDRO's, and Landlord-Tenant matters. Mikey's practice focuses on Social Security claims, family law, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration questions, Wills, Trusts, and probate. She has practiced extensively in the district courts, superior courts, probate courts, and family courts throughout the state. Although she has an active practice in divorce and post-divorce litigation, including child support, QDRO drafting, and parenting issues, she is also a certified family mediator, and often works with couples who seek to end their marriages amicably, without court intervention.

Mikey has been involved with numerous successful New Hampshire Supreme Court appeals, and is able to file your appeal, prepare your brief, and argue your case before the highest court in the state.

She is also a registered nurse, and presently works per diem in an ICU/CCU. She formerly worked in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit of the Mass General Hospital in Boston, and earned CCRN certification more than 20 years ago.
