Blaine is the owner and founder of Dickeson Law Office, LLC., and focuses his practice in the areas of Kansas and Missouri foreclosure defense, debtor/creditor and collection matters, repossessions, consumer rights, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant matters and personal injury litigation.

Prior to founding Dickeson Law Office, Blaine worked as a trial lawyer for large area law firms specializing in creditors' rights and personal injury litigation.

Blaine advised and represented banks and other lenders for years prior to opening his own law firm, and has extensive experience in handling all variety of consumer and commerical matters relating to: loan defaults; foreclosure and eviction; automobile, boat and equipment repossession and liquidation; debt collection; judgment execution and garnishment; bankruptcy; fraud and lender liability; real estate disputes; and consumer protection violations.

After graduating from law school, Blaine worked for major insurance companies defending claims involving traffic accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, defamation, workplace injury and other serious tort claims.

At Dickeson Law Office, Blaine is now able to use the skills he developed through reperesenting big banks and insurance companies to protect the rights of the injured, the wronged, and the average consumer faced with lawsuits from creditors. Blaine Dickeson is first and foremost a litigator and has achieved favorable results for his clients through settlement, trial or on appeal.

Blaine is an avid K-State Wildcats and Kansas City Chiefs fan, and when he can stomach it, a supporter of his beloved Royals. He enjoys cycling, computers, racquetball, playing cards, running, barbeque and traveling.

After completing my education and working for 7+ years with a downtown Kansas City business law firm, I started a solo practice dedicated to serving the needs of my clients as effectively and as efficiently as possible. I keep my overhead low so that I am able to provide competent legal assistance for fees lower than big law firms. I put my masters in tax law degree to use in my practice which focuses on estate planning and probate law, where I was recognized in 2008 and 2009 as a Super Lawyer-Rising Star in Kansas and Missouri, taxation, business law and traffic/DUIs. I also have an extensive practice in divorces and adoptions. Finally, my office also serves the needs of clients in landlord/tenant, real estate and contract law.
