My name is Ty Wilson and I've had a Solo practice in Northern Georgia (GA), specifically the Atlanta area, since 2004.

Almost 70% of my practice is devoted to general Accident and Car Accident representation, while Workers' Compensation and assisting individuals that have fallen on private property and suffered serious injuries are the remainder of my practice.

Kristal Holmes is an attorney licensed in the State of Georgia. Kristal began her legal career as a staff attorney for the late Honorable Judge Lenwood A. Jackson of the City Court of Atlanta. After serving as Judge Jackson's staff attorney, she became a prosecuting attorney for the City of Atlanta, followed by DeKalb County and finally with Gwinnett County. After working as a prosecutor, Kristal started her own law practice. Her practice areas primarily include bankruptcy, criminal defense, civil litigation and family law.

Ms. Prince has practiced law for 10 years. She is an Ivy League grad and former big-firm attorney with experience representing clients in complex and large exposure cases. Her practice has afforded her significant opportunities to handle cases from inception through trial/resolution in federal and state court.

Attorney Misty A. Oaks, Founding Partner and Principal Member of The Oaks Firm, stepped out on faith when she started her own legal practice in 2009. What started as just a dull roar turned into roaring thunder, when considering the number of satisfied clients and the rapid growth of The Firm. A native of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, she has worked for one of the largest law firms in Connecticut, Carter Mario Injury Lawyers, and one of the largest law firms in the world, Jones Day.

Attorney Oaks is a member of countless legal, writing, and speaking organizations such as, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, The Writers Guild of America, and Toastmasters International. She is also an avid writer as she is currently writing her first book slated to be published next year. In her free time, she loves to read, spend time with friends and family, enjoying life in a variety of ways, and of course shop.
