Mr. Deere is a successful litigator with court experience ranging from high-volume evictions to multi-million dollar, complex litigation matters. He has represented clients in state court at the trial, appellate and Supreme Court levels, as well as in Federal Bankruptcy Court, District Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Deere has developed a track record of obtaining positive results, often against much larger firms and attorneys with more experience. Despite this success, however, Mr. Deere recognizes that litigation is not always in the client’s best interest. As such, he strives to take a solutions-driven approach to the practice of law.
