Criminal defense is a very complicated and highly specialized area of law, which Attorney John Musca has devoted his professional career to. After completing his undergraduate studies cum laude at Boston College, Attorney Musca received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Case Western University School of Law in 1997. He speaks fluent Spanish and has attended international and legal studies overseas at the world-renowned Instituto International in Madrid, Spain. Prior to becoming an attorney, my work history consisted of ALL legal jobs, ranging from working at the US Attorney's Office, to the Inspector General's Office assisting with criminal investigations for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, to clerking for the Chief Federal Judge in the Middle District of Florida. I have worked in the legal field for a total of 19 years, 8 of those years, I have been an attorney, since graduating in December 2000 from Stetson Law School. I took the Florida Bar in Feb. 2001 and was admitted in April 2001.
