Peter T. Roman is originally from New Jersey and is the oldest of five children. He attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, and graduated in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Peter then moved to Florida and was the first in his family to become an attorney when he received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1975. Peter is a member of The Florida Bar, The Clearwater Bar Association, The West Pasco Bar Association, and The Florida Justice Association. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers section of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts and in Federal Court.

On a more personal side, Peter is an accomplished martial artist and has been training in the martial arts for more than 35 years. He has obtained advanced black belts in Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Jiu Jitsu, and Modern Arnis. Peter has also trained extensively in a number of other martial arts disciplines including Aikido, Judo, Krav Maga, and Jeet Kun Do. He also teaches martial arts and comprehensive close quarter combat training programs for law enforcement, military and professional security personnel. Peter is a U.S. Judo Association-Life Member, has received a Silver Life Achievement Award from the World Sokeship Council International Hall of Fame, a Tae Kwon Do Times Magazine Recognition Award, and a Presidential Sports Award for Tae Kwon Do. Peter also raises and rides Irish sport horses with his wife, Cathy.

Through his martial arts and horse riding activities, he has traveled all over the United States and in many other countries throughout the world, including Korea, Israel, Egypt, Italy, France, England, Scotland, Ireland, Costa Rica, and Australia. Peter also enjoys boating, photography, snowboarding, weight training, and hiking. He has a son, Jeff, and a daughter, Janna. Peter lives in Brooksville, Florida with his wife, Cathy.

Michael Mastrogiovanni has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years with his family. His career started out in the medical field where he worked as an administrator for over a decade eventually acquiring ownership of several assisted living facilities. Kristin (Kiki) Grossman is an alumni of the West Orange High School class of 1985. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 1989 with her degree in Art. After graduation, Kiki worked in the administrative field while spending time on her art and practicing yoga. Her passion for yoga started in 1995 and led her on a path of in-depth study and intensive training. She received her yoga teacher certification through the nationally renowned Kripalu Center in Lennox, Massachusetts. After receiving this certification Kiki pursued her dream of teaching yoga to help spread the peace that this mindfulness practice can bring.

Desiring to have a greater positive impact on the world, she pursued her law degree so she could practice law in a manner that betters the lives of her clients and society in general. At Florida Coastal School of Law, she studied under Susan Daicoff, the internationally recognized scholar and professor. Professor Daicoff coined the now widely used term, Comprehensive Law Movement. The spirit of this movement which seeks a better way to resolve legal matters, informs the manner in which Kiki practices law (see Susan Daicoff's website). She extends respect and compassion to her clients with a sensitivity to non-legal issues that many experience during challenging life changes.

After graduating at the top of her class in law school, she and A.J. had the blessing of pursuing their LL.M. (Master of Laws) degrees at the number-one-ranked dispute resolution program in the country, The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law. The immersion into this field of study yielded a deepening appreciation for the role that we as lawyers can play in bettering the lives of our clients, the legal community, ourselves and the world.

During the nine months on location at the Straus Institute in Malibu, California, Kiki received three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for highest score in Cross Cultural Conflict & Dispute Resolution, Psychology of Conflict, and Communication & Conflict. Her work in the Cross Cultural Conflict & Dispute Resolution class yielded a publication in India in the Gujarat National Law University's Journal of Law, Development and Politics entitled âBack Off My Burqa, Hands Off My Hijab: French Resistance to Multiculturalism and Franco-Muslim Resistance to Assimilation.

Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, A.J. and her wonderful family. Her interests are spending time in the outdoors, meditation, yoga, exercising, science fiction, laughing and singing.
