Anusce Sanai was born in Lucca, Italy. She moved to the United States in 2001, where she completed both her undergraduate studies and her law degree. Over the past four years, Attorney Sanai has gained experience in both criminal and civil areas of the law, including family law, immigration law, and criminal law. She has helped clients in a variety of matters, acquiring efficient strategy to achieve the best results for the client. In addition, Attorney Sanai’s successful clerkship provided her with invaluable understanding of courtroom practices and procedures. During her academic career, she was also Associate Editor and Symposium Coordinator of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law, which allowed her to be involved in current issues that affect both national and global legal issues.
Attorney Sanai’s diverse background, Italian upbringing and world travels have allowed her to master several languages. She also had the opportunity to learn from different cultures and to appreciate a variety of traditions and customs. Ms. Reid earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the highly rated University of Southern California Law School in 2002, where she participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Prior to that, she graduated magna cum laude from Florida A&M University, and also participated in an Interdisciplinary Graduate Program at Vanderbilt University.

After completing law school, Ms. Reid began her career as a family law attorney in Los Angeles, California in 2003. In 2005, Ms. Reid opened her own solo practice and maintained that practice until her relocation to Virginia in 2007.

Tenecia Pitts Reid now lives in Ashburn, Virginia with her husband and two children.

Mitchell M. Wells is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Virginia, concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, DUI and traffic violations, and has defended hundreds of cases.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wells served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Health Care Fraud section of the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Wells was responsible for supervising various fraud investigations and litigating Virginia false claim actions in federal court pursuant to the Federal False Claims Act and the Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Wells served as a Virginia State Trooper for eight years. Mr. Wells investigated thousands of criminal, drug, DUI, traffic and accident cases; was rated "exceptional" by the Virginia State Police; and, he received 23 commendations for his exemplary service to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
