Richard graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., with a major in finance and accounting in 1987. He waited three years before entering the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1993. He worked briefly as a clerk in the United States Attorney's Office in Las Vegas and then he joined his father Melvyn Jacoby's firm in 1994.

Andrew is a graduate from the State University of New York College at Brockport where he graduated with academic honors. He studied both criminal justice and political science obtaining a bachelors degree. Andrew served as vice-president of the student government and had authority of its million dollar budget. He also served at president of the criminal justice student association.

Andrew graduated from Western New England College School of Law, located in Springfield, Massachusetts. His coursework focused on criminal law and family law, he also served on the law school moot court team. As a student he was accepted at the local District Attorneys office to prosecute various criminal offenses, including conducting trials, even before graduation.

Robert Grossman focuses his practice in the area of matrimonial and family law, and also practices in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation and appeals. Understanding that clients often prefer to resolve their disputes out of court, Mr. Grossman is an adept negotiator who seeks to work collaboratively with opposing counsel to devise creative solutions to complex issues. But, when settlement cannot be achieved and trial becomes necessary, he aggressively pursues his client's goals without losing sight of the repercussions.
