I also handle paternity and post dissolution modification and enforcement actions involving custody and visitation (now called time sharing), child support and alimony.

She is active in her communities and is married to a first-generation immigrant from the Mediterranean. Her husband is also a Navy officer and pilot and she assists many military families with their immigration issues.

Attorney Darnelle P. Toth was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and believes that it is vitally important to serve the Central Florida local community in which she has lived her entire life. Attorney Toth attended law school a little later in life and as a result has diverse career background that includes experiences in the service industry and entrepreneurship. Attorney Toth developed her entrepreneurial and business skills at a very young age by owning and operating a Hawaiian Shaved Ice business in her early twenties. She then went to work in the airline industry which exposed her to many different cultures and classes of people while working for British Airways. It also taught her how to work under pressure in a very structured and regimented atmosphere.

Attorney Toth completed her undergraduate studies at Valencia Community College and the University of Central Florida and earned a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M College of Law in 2005. Florida A&M University is a community service oriented institution which helped to further instill in her the importance of giving back to the community. Attorney Toth was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and serves her community by providing criminal defense and family law legal services to the greater Orlando area. Mr. Fahlgren left Fisher, Rushmer et al. to form his own firm, Law Offices of Steven M. Fahlgren, P.A., to focus on consumer litigation. Mr. Fahlgren, who formerly served as a Counterintelligence Agent in the U.S. Army, is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, all state and federal courts in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Fahlgren is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 48.

Mr. Fahlgren has published various articles on Consumer Law. Over the years, Mr. Fahlgren has lectured on computer law and internet related issues and has provided information in in numerous stories for television, radio and newspapers. For over a year, Mr. Fahlgren hosted a popular radio show entitled "For the Consumer" on AM 950 WTLN in Orlando.

Mr. Fahlgren also handles a very select few cases involving employment law matters. He has filed claims for age discrimination, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a ground breaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's client obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

In November 2007, Mr. Fahlgren and his co-counsel obtained a record $2.9 million dollar verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Fahlgren is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has fulfilled the arbitrator training required by the Supreme Court of Florida for court appointed arbitrators. Having represented both sides in his career, Mr. Fahlgren is a successful mediator.
