Justin Vaughn is an Arizona native. He has served as an attorney licensed in all Arizona courts since 1994. He initially worked in Phoenix with a focus in personal injury law and insurance defense. There, he served as President of the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Association. He moved to Northern Arizona in 1997, and went to work for the prestigious firm of Aspey, Watkins and Diesel. His practice included defense work for major insurance carriers, personal injury, domestic relations, and all areas of litigation.

Mr. Vaughn established his own firm in 2000, and he has continued to provide services in the full range of legal matters. Mr. Vaughn has extensive experience in accident/injury law, criminal law, commercial transactions and litigation, employment law, real estate, estate planning, probate, insurance defense, administrative law, juvenile law, and elder law. His practice has included Arizona state courts, federal courts, and tribal courts.

Justin Vaughn is also highly invested in his community. He has served on several charitable boards, which include United Way of Yavapai County, Yes the Arc, Crossroads Youth Services, the Verde Valley Fair Association, the Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce, Buena Vista Childrens Services, Cottonwood Judicial Review Committee, and the Navajo Nation Bar Association. He has also served as president of his local Rotary Club. He established a free legal clinic for the Verde Valley, and founded United Way of the Verde Valley. Mr. Vaughn was honored by the Yavapai Community Foundation as the 2007 Philanthropist of the Year for Yavapai County. Notably, Mr. Vaughn has been recognized by Market Surveys of America with an award for "Best Attorney"for his region of Northern Arizona for the last eight years (2003-2010).

Craig is an experienced attorney who handles court hearings and trials as well as legal counsel for businesses and individuals. His practice focuses on business law, commercial and business litigation, family & divorce law, real estate & construction law, wills, trusts & estate planning, and Internet law.

Prior to founding Boates & Crump in 2002 Craig worked at a small general practice firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During that practice he represented many individual and business clients and also served as a City Attorney handling civil matters and prosecution for a suburb of Minneapolis.

Craig is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received a business degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Craig lives in Anthem, Arizona with his wife and three children. Craig is very involved in the Anthem community and enjoys living and working in the Phoenix North Valley.
